I don't like wishing relegation on anyone (well, almost anyone!) but I would not be disappointed to see WBA, West Ham and Everton all go down.
He got Newcastle to fifth in the 11/12 season and into Europe. Thats something, I guess.

It is hard to managers lower down in the league. It's not like they've got the resources to compete at the top. Sometimes their skill sets match the ambitions of the clubs. Southampton get in foreign managers who are doing well elsewhere - what trees have they been pulling up? They have played some attractive football but overall they've just been mid-table. Pardews sides played some ok football too.
i'm tempted to say something like "it's not like there's a Guardiola hiding away somewhere, waiting for the right chance", but who knows - maybe if someone did give it Giggsy till the end of the season we'd find out otherwise.

That appointment was bound to end in failure. You don't appoint a manager who prefers possession based football just after you've had Big Sam as manager. The players required for both these systems are completely different
I know, it's just that most of the bottom placed teams have players suited to more direct football and they are not very ambitious.Staying in the league is their aim and for that they prefer safe route.

It was Richard Keys after Leicester appointed Claude Puel. Irony is though Richard Keys might be holding back some talented Qatari/Middle Eastern football presenters from a job in their country/region like he feels foreign managers do talented young British managers.

English clubs are amongst the richest in the world and still they can't find it within themselves to put a strategy in place for making managerial appointments.
Think it's a good appointment for them. Will keep them at the same level Pulis was keeping them at and I think they're content with this.
