Why would Chelsea sell to us under any circumstances? Matic I understand, but no chance Hazard. They could sell him to Madrid who'd snap their hand off before selling to us.
One of the most unlikely transfer stories. Would be weird to cancel yourself out of the Champions League this year and Chelsea are doing well overall to jump ship mid season.

and here we all were convinced it was going to happen.To be fair Mata was no longer wanted and so was sold, and Matic was being replaced and to be sold the following year and asked for the move (Presumably) as he knew he was being replaced with a younger player anyway.
