Sucks having the draw on the Monday. I know there's still a game to be played but the draw at the end of a weekend of fixtures of a Sunday night feels right. Monday 'miss it because someone invariably wants to watch Emmerdale' draws need to sod off.

Nope. All games have been played.

Hope we get a home draw with Rochdale or Notts County, purely just to piss off the Berties and fuel their paranoia.

I don't like it when they put the draws on to coincide with the one show.

We'll get Spurs away while Chelsea and City get ties against Sheffield Wednesday/United

West Brom haven't beaten City in 16 games and have lost 13 in a row.

The last team we want City to get is West Brom.
Crystanbul, what he just did against ‘Pool, the time he called Pellegrini an old c... C’mon :) one last piece of magic from Pardew ;)

Chelsea...home draw, that’s the most predictable draw going! Don’t mind anyone so long as we get home draw, but have a feeling it’ll be Leic away.

Draw against the lowest ranked team please. Let the bigger teams knock each other out.

They should just rename it the last 16 draw so it's less confusing. Anyways we are 2 games away from Wembley and there's a real opportunity to win the FA Cup this season. It's realistically our best chance to win a trophy this season so it has to be taken very seriously. I don't mind who we get as long as its played at OT. Even City I'd feel a lot more confident facing them now because we're a lot stronger compared to our last game. Chelsea away is the only one I'm worried about. We NEVER win at Stamford Bridge but if we did go there and win it'll feel extra sweet due to the Conte/Mourinho feud.

Preferably City at home because we'll have to beat them to win it.

Wigan or either of the Sheffield clubs away would be my personal choice...

If it has to be at home... City or Chelsea.

Why are so many people hoping for games away from home?

We have more chance to win at home, so it doesn't make sense. What am I missing?

As a match goer most fans prefer away ties in the cup especially to lesser visited venues like Hillsborough.

There is also the cost of an extra cup game to pay for if it's a home tie.

You might say that's selfish but it's rather expensive as it is.

As a season ticket holder... paying for an extra home match against uninspiring opposition is about the worst. Plus I prefer going to away matches if I can get my hands on a ticket.

The ticket office couldn’t be any more keen to take the money either. The draw is on Monday and they’ve already e-mailed to say that they will be taking the money on Tuesday or Wednesday if it is a home draw.

Thanks guys, totally understandable in that case.

If you don't pay for the ticket and don't go to the game, what negative affect does this have?

They would deactivate your season ticket for an upcoming league match. Also, then if United did get to a cup final... you wouldn’t be able to get a ticket.

City are the team most likely to beat us. And to win the cup, we will definitely have to play them at some point. So I would take them right now. If we beat them, the door would be open for the cup, we would be favorite. if we don't, well, no extra games before the end of the season. Win win.

Obviously, a Home tie is prefered.
