Would this be possible? I've seen other Xenforo forums have this feature giving a choice between light and dark themes. It would be pretty good especially at work.

Anyone with a City Lover tag should be forced to use a blue theme.

I may do this after upgrading to XenForo 2 but that's a few months away.

you only want a dark theme to feel less guilty when you're gonna miss work in the morning but wanna skive off in bed

A dark theme would be nice for mobile browsing when in bed before sleep. Doesn't hurt your eyes as much as light themes. Very same reason why I've changed the Reddit template.

I vote for the theme to be optional and selectable for members, and also these themes to coincide with the kit colours for the upcoming seasons.
Yes, I like childish things.

I had a great Chrome app for browsing at work. Can't remember what it was called unfortunately, but you could customise every colour and font to make it look more like something serious. I basically just made everything white, changed font size and dulled images so you couldn't see them unless you hovered over.

After every loss, it's Dark Cafe anyway
I was just thinking that. The theme changes with the most recent result:

Win - red
Draw - grey
Loss - black
Summer transfer window - Kermit green

Good if you work in a cubicle and the boss happens to swing by. The red just screams “not work-related”.
Yep. I use redcafe with 'images hidden' and still it screams 'leisure'. I was using another Xenforo forum with a dark theme and my boss thought I was coding in some console.

@Olly I remember you made a javascript to change the appearance. Any chance you could modify that and make the colors like a Dark theme would have? Even changing all the red areas on here to light blue would help as I work in Salesforce and that's the color theme.

There's a chrome extension called decreased productivity which greys out videos, strips colour and standardises font. The cafe still looks like the cafe but doesn't scream doss for office passers by. Won't help at night though.
