"Can Manchester United score? They always score"
Tomorrow's schedule:

1pm - Portugal vs Morocco
4pm - Uruguay vs Saudi Arabia
7pm - Iran vs Spain

Morocco simply have to win. Uruguay win and they are in the last 16. And former Real Madrid coach Queiroz faces a side plunged into crisis by his former side.

I am guessing it will be the most straight forward days of this tournament with Portugal Uruguay and Spain winning it comfortably.

3 comfortable wins for the favourites. Ronaldo to get a couple. Hopefully we see plenty of goals and some quality play from the bigger sides at least, really can't see any upsets. Portugal Morocco had potential but Morocco will be crushed after their defeat while Portugal lifted from their Spain game.

Morocco are the second best african team in the tournament behind Senegal, they just completely fecked it up and looked clueless vs Iran's parked bus. I doubt it's going to be easy but I see us winning since we're going to be confident after the Spain game while it should be the opposite for them. Most important thing is for Guedes and Bernardo Silva to show up and add something extra to our attack.

I doubt we'll keep a clean sheet since our defense has been crap so I'm going for a 2-1 win. Even if we lose, a win against Iran in the last game will most likely be enough so there isn't too much pressure for this one.

Iran vs Spain will be one parked bus vs wave after wave of attack, Spain will have at least 80% possession and they'll inevitably find a way through.

Do Iran ever not park the bus? I'm sure they've done it literally every game I've seen them play in my life. Which granted is probably about 6 games, but still...

They don't usually in AFC games and before Carlos Queiroz came they were an ultra attacking team but with 0 defence and organisation, for that reason, there's still a lot of critics of Queiroz in Iran, especially amongst the old timers that were used to the attacking style.

I can see Spain thrashing Iran but Portugal being held by Morocco.

Uruguay to beat the god awful saudi arabia (shouldn't even be at this world cup)

The only "guarantee" of today is Uruguay beating Saudi Arabia. If they can't even beat the weakest team by far in the World Cup, they have no business being in the World Cup. Iran is on a high after their first win and they are pretty solid defensively and almost held Argentina to a goalless draw in the last WC so I won't even be surprised if they can park 11 men behind the ball and frustrate Spain to a draw. Still expect Spain to win though. Portugal vs Morocco isn't as straight-forward as it seems, could be a draw.

Expect some thrashings today.
I don't think so. I think Iran-Spain has the potential to be one of the most boring games in WC history. Iran will play ultra defensive football and we'll see Spain tiki-takaing around 2 lines of 4 for most of the game. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a possession record here for Spain. But that won't necessarily equate to goals.

Morrocco was a bit unlucky with Iran and they play good, not great football. I think Crist...sorry, Portugal will be too strong in the end for them, but it won't be a trashing.

Uruguay- Saudi is the only one were it won't be close, but if Suarez has another weak game then they might not score as many goals as expected.

Yes, this is my thoughts exactly. A bit biased here but I have a feeling Iran might even nick one on the counter :D
This WC has shown that strengths of teams on paper don’t necessarily equate to results on the field.

Apart from the Uruguay Saudi game these games should be tight. Iran is really good at parking the bus and Morocco is solid defensively. The own goal they conceded was a fluke. Even if the favorites win against Morocco and Uruguay they won't be thrashings.

Goatee Ronaldo is a completley unknown vairable. This can either be another hattrick or the worst performance of his lifetime. Let's see how if it can measure up to Noodle-hair Ronaldo.

You might be right about Iran. They are a dull side, but i think Spain is gonna still come out on top.

I don't think there will be surprises today. Expect Portugal, Uruguay and Spain to win. If there's any surprise at all, maybe Uruguay?! They didn't play well in the first game.

And please, no blunders by De Gea!
