Why on Earth was Xhaka given a new contract?

I was praying he would be sold this summer.

How any Arsenal fan can proclaim him as a future captain or even a good player is just ridiculous.

I got banned on arsenal mania for saying xhaka was the Swiss charlie Adam and Özil was someone who turns up for 15 mins every game. Arsenal fans on that site are spastics who tow the line in order to get trusted status.

They call our red cafe as being deluded but arsenal mania is more deluded than rawk. You wouldn’t believe the amount of stupid claims made there according to them Ramsey is better than Pogba. They make rawk look like a well balanced forum,

How Wenger could play him week in week out amazes me. If that means he's overrated then he's the most overrated player in the PL. Or maybe Wenger was the only person who rated him and in that case he's underrated. Whatever, I don't rate him at all!

Yeah, that's an insult to Charlie Adam. He may be one of the least fit players around but he couldn't half deliver a ball, for Blackpool he managed 12 goals and 8 assists in the league. He actually did stuff, Xhaka just runs round fouling everybody.

He was never great in the BuLi. More okayish/above average and almost always on the brink of being send off.

There was a point in the first half where he picked the ball up from Cech and was the deepest player and you could see exactly who he was going to pass to and you could immediately tell it wasn't gonna make it to them.

Lo and behold he took forever to pass it and when he did he screwed the pass up anyway and gave it to City to come charging straight back at Arsenal's goal.

He's fecking shite.

I honestly don't think he reached Charlie Adam's best at any point (not that Charlie Adam was a world beater but you get the point), talking specifically about Blackpool. Xhaka has been consistently shit for Arsenal
