Helps if you go with "player version" - basically same price but it has the vent holes running down the back and all that. But since they are also tighter fitting you nearly want to go up 2 sizes for a player version - since thai regular replica versions are already a size smaller to begin with.
Re: postage. Depends on what way it is posted and from whee. If regular China Post, can be 3-4 weeks. Just depends on when it makes it to the plane and what route it flies. I've had some come direct to Dublin, others land in Holland first and then onto Ireland adding to the time.
