Not good enough. We're worryingly poor going forward and not particularly tight at the back.

If we're honest the title is completely out of the question and fourth will be very difficult.

Another 2 pts dropped , we deserved no more out of the game , a lot of possession but very little threat. We could have played for another 2 hours and we would not have scored.

City and Liverpool just look so far ahead of us , they look another level in comparison.

Martial needs to be number 9 for abit. Pogba and Shaw looked like the only ones that cared. Not sure what Mata is anymore. Why does a 5 foot nothing player go and stand in the box for the long ball when he should be playing. Stupid.

Didn't see the whole match but we looked good after the first goal until half time. People did know Wolves were going to be no push over right? They're probably the best team to have ever been promoted into the Premier League when you look at their squad.

Wolves were very good and we were very bad. Draw was a fair result.

We're never gonna win another title with Lingard, Lindelof, Smalling, Sanchez, Lukaku, Valencia starting at United.

This loss is 100% down to Jose. He had my support but not anymore. We were fine in the first half until he decides to play Pogba Fred DM with Fellaini up top. Why change someone who was providing 'stability'. Pogba lost the ball sure but a midfielder who is creating something out of nothing all the time will do that. We have no movement around him and rely on his brilliance. Our team would be LVGesque without him. He tried and tried. After that Valencia was at fault he didnt cover his man in the box led to Fred running forward and Moutinho being free. Its as simple as that. Today showed me Jose is past it. What a shambles of a decision.

We've been let down time and time again by shite defending, Lindelof looks completely out of his depth. Shaw looked very off today.

The thing that annoys me the most, by far, is that whenever we're chasing the game we lose any idea of how to play football. Hoofing up is a dreadful way to try and get back in the game, doesn't matter how tall our players are, it's simply a very easy style to defend against.

On a more positive note I thought Fred was very good today, Fellaini did well and barring the mistake I did think Pogba had another good game. Sick of saying this but DDG MOTM for me.

Didn't have an idea in attack. Fred shouldn't have gone and Pereira should have come in earlier. Too many long balls and with Fred out we lost the grit in midfield. We so dearly miss a proper winger and dare to say it we need a better first team striker than Lukaku.

I duuno. What can you say?
Thought it was a mistake to take off Fred. Probably better subbing Lukaku, and playing Sanchez there instead.

Another awful performance. They outplayed us the whole game, created more chances, created better chances... We had so long to get the lead back and we didn't create a chance to note. Just so many problems with our side currently. Obviously with the managing of it, but also in the attacking personnel.

Sanchez is not a good footballer anymore. He's so far past it. Lingard as a right winger is barely premier leaguue level, but is decent as a 10. Today is a perfect example of why Lukaku will never be a top striker. Can't have games like this be a regular occurrence yet they are.

Remove Fred when he was the only one along with Pogba who looked a threat. Great management.

So this is how we have been working on attacking during training? Complete and utter bullshit.

If we don't make Top 4, Mourinho should be sacked. He can argue he can't challenge for the title with this squad, but no way should we be finishing below Arsenal and Spurs this season. Ed is a problem we can deal with later, for now the immediate problem is the manager.

Probably Lukaku's worst game in a Utd shirt, not that we created many chances for him.

Sanchez, well, where to begin really? It's weird, he could never play for us again and I don't think I'd care or we'd miss him.
The number 7 shirt is officially cursed.

Lukaku does more of his talking outside the pitch than on the pitch.

Wolves looked every bit as good as us and perhaps even more dangerous when they got into attacking positions so can't really dispute the result.

Lukaku was very poor today and those around him, those that started or came on, weren't much better. Our attack still looks like it really needs some work, we just don't look threatening most of the time.

Imagine how shit we’d be without Pogba, and some of you clowns wanted to sell him!

Dominate a game and have the likes of Lingard, Valencia and Sanchez all passengers you’re gonna struggle to score. We looked a better side with Fred in, suprised he was taken off.

Stand by what I said last week and I got abused by a load of other posters.

We haven’t controlled a single game this season. Even midweek Young Boys were all over us for the first 35 minutes.

It isn’t good enough. Wolves were comfortable the entire game. Was Patricio even tested in the second half?

We don’t create chances anymore. It’s gone back to Van Gaals era where a moment of brilliance creates our one chance and one goal of the game.

Pogba loses the ball at the half way line which caused their goal. Once again not playing a simply pass but holding onto the ball for absolutely no reason. Fellaini playing a role he was never meant to play and certainly can’t play. Why is he still at this club?

8 points behind top already. And there are loads of United fans that seem content with the ‘progress’ under Mourinho.

I guess I will use the word dreadful again. Maybe I will add in toothless and spineless. People's definition of good football on this forum is very basic. This is the prem and the requirement of quality is much higher. Wolves who just came up.last year, played much more fluid football and looked more of a team than we did. Man of the match for me is Pogba. Annoyed he stupidly lost possession but his overall play was great. Shame about the other 9 outfield players, plus the 3 subs. De gea once again to the rescue, where would we be without him. Give him 500k a week. Wins us more points that 70m lukaku.

Wolves played very well, but feck me, we barely created any clear cut chances as usual.

I know ragging on Valencia is common on here now, defensively he did well, but he's pointless in an attacking sense and it's so painful to watch week after week.

Too many players who just aren't good enough for us.

We have turned in to Liverpool. We can up our game on our day but are usually pathetic round the year. Ready made excuses. A one dimensional striker. A one dimensional Manager. Crap defence. The irony is Liverpool look set for an title win or a title charge while we will go our of the CL in the second round or even the group stage if Valencia and Juventus show up.

UTD! I am not fond of the Glazers.
The fact is that it has been 2+ years with Mourinho, hundreds of millions spent and still we are bad, inconsistent and only seeing glimpses of better (which results in "keeping faith" in Mourinho). Something has to change.

We have a lot in common with Liverpool's past teams which very sad.

Disappointing draw against a very good Wolves side. It wasn’t exactly a poor performance by us, we played some great football, especially Pogba who was great apart from his mistake which led to their goal.

Lukaku and the forwards were just no good enough today.

Timing is so important in football. Over the post-Fergie years we have just struggled to fix all issues at the same time. We take years to fix problems that once they are sorted, we have new ones.

This current lot has half the pieces, but are terrible in other areas. By the time we sort the attack, we’ll probably have lost Pogba and so the cycle continues.

Before today, we'd won 271 out of 271 PL home matches when leading at half-time.
Nope. That’s wrong. We are unbeaten when we are 1-0 up at halftime.

Pretty sure we have drawn many games in the past as well

Back to the op.

Pathetic performance again.

Rubbish.

Lukaku, Sanchez & Lingard offered nothing and we reverted to long balls to try and break Wolves down. This isn't Manchester United anymore, Mourinho has dragged the life out of our team.

I flat out hate seeing Valencia still with this team.

94:02 at home to Wolves, 1-1. Any chance of an overlap to help Lukaku? Nope. He is 5 yards inside Wolves half playing it safe. Couldn't even reach the rebound because he was so far back. Indicative of everything about his game.

Gutless.

We didn't do enough to win and could have easily lost, De Gea made some great saves in the first half. A draw was a fair result.

I thought Pogba was brilliant, basically a one man midfield today.

I thought we were set up right, the two CB's were fine, Shaw was good, the midfield 3 worked and our general play was fine, but the front three were shite and Valencia is completely shot as an attacking threat these days.

8 points behind Liverpool already is disgraceful and you can easily argue they've had a tougher fixture list. I can't wait till this man is out of our club.

No doubt he'll make a fool of himself in the press conference to deflect.
No you fecking can't

That sub didn't make any sense, I was like 'what?', it was only about 60 mins in too if I recall.
