One Of These 3 Will Go

It looks to me as if one of these 3 will leave our team:
  • Alexis - I still don’t see what he is contributing to the team. He has disrupted our team flow as well as the development of Martial and Rashford. He does show flashes of brilliance, but not producing nearly enough for such a highly payed professional. He wants to play in the LW position, but he may have lost the extra 3% of speed that allowed him to be effective there in the past. It’s dangerous to play him as a 10 because he loses the ball too much and teams could cut us open. He might be better suited to play eithr as a main striker or second striker, but Mourinho doesn’t play 2 strikers and Lukaku is a Mourinho style beast. He would be my choice to get rid of him in January, but how do we move a player on such high wages?
  • Mourinho. I am not one of those Mourinho out people. But I can easily see that if Alexis doesn’t pick up and perform, we will keep dropping points and it will cost Mourinho his job. It’s hard to tell how and why Mourinho takes some decisions, but he is constantly creating drama and seems to have favorites in the team more thannother coaches. I don’t mind the drama as long as he gets results. But drama without a team that puts fear into our opponents becomes a distraction. If things don’t pick up quickly, he is most at risk of losing his job, regardless of his CV or past trophy haul.
  • Pogba. He is clearly a leader and perhaps our best player. He does seem to play every once in a while like he doesn’t care, but a motivated Paul Pogba is one of the best players in the world. Given that Raiola is his agent, I don’t see him hanging around too long if we don’t kick things up a new tch or too. Paul wants to compete for yhe highest honors, and he won’t hang around too much longer if we continue to be “in transition”. He may get to a point where he wants or demands to leave. The club meed to do everything possible to retain Pogba. Give him a new contract, pay him ton$ of cash.

Pogba will stay - he has the big guys celebrity persona a bit & he likes the limelight - if its his choice of him leaving; I don't think it will happen. No one gives him the limelight as much as United.

Only indispensable one is Pogba. Our team is massively reliant on him.

Alexis is useless, and while I’m not anti-Mourinho by any stretch, I won’t go as far as to think that it’s impossible to get better.

HELLO
Raiola is going to have a field day when it comes to a renewal. Sanchez's struggles have put huge pressure on Woodward to keep Pogba.

China for Sanchez

Barca/Real for Pogba

Portugal job/anywhere else for Mourinho.

I wouldn't care whatsoever if Sanchez & Mourinho were binned off tomorrow. I'd give Pogba another season. If he carries on being an inconsistent show pony I'd bin him too.

Can't believe some fans actually want rid of Pogba, without him we'd create practically nothing.

All of the 3 won't be here next seaaon.
I can see Mourinho going and if he doesn't I can see a full on push from Raiola and Pogba to force a move, but no matter what happens I don't see Sanchez leaving, no team will want to match his wages and the few that could even come close already have much better attackers.

Our main problem is Sanchez, and Ed needs to make an effort to buy out his contract and dump him to China or anywhere else. Getting rid of him will actually strengthen our team.

Mourinho first and he can take Sanchez with him. Pogba will be the man we build the team around for the future I hope.

Dig up stupid!
It would take an extraordinary amount of money for pogba to leave, can't see it happening with this long on his contract
If we're top 4 I think mou will stay too but I wouldn't discount a political war with pogba seeing him off.
Sanchez has been so disappointing, a genuinely WC player but just can't seem to find his way here. I'm loathe to completely write him off already but at his age you do wonder if he'll look to move rather than fight

Manchester Utd never lose, just run out of time
Alexis won't be sold (nobody would be able to buy him unless he's willing to take a huge wage cut), but I can see him being dropped to the bench. To be fair to him, in that situation he is the type who might be willing to take the wage cut to start again, but probably not until he's spent 12-18 months or so fighting for the starting role.

Mourinho will go.

Pogba is frustrating, but he's so obviously our best player and key to us.

Sanchez is just sad, I'd like to think a new manager will change him, but he'll be a year older, and if it is a physical issue with him more than mental, which to me it looks like, its not looking good.

I want to see Pogba under Zidane. That should be a great working combo. Add in Martial too. Not too bothered what happens to Sanchez. I think he has lost a few yards of pace, playing for retirement and was a bad move from Jose as it stopped Martial and Rashford developing but no one would have guessed this so cannot really blame him. I'm a massive Jose out fan as you can tell but I do sympathise with him. The players have not backed him nor did Ed in the window. Jose is a winner inside and the way things have gone over the last 3 years will be hurting him more than we think. He will be the guy sleeping the least but it is so clear that these players are not playing for him anymore. It feels like we are just wasting time for the sake of it the longer he stays in charge. Time to cut our losses again. We may have picked up in peformances from the Spurs defeat but it is not enough and still too laboured. 8 points behind 1st after 6 games is just very poor and now 3 points behind 4th. It has been a terrible start with the same squad that finished 2nd. We should be a lot better seeing a system developing but it feels like we are at square one. For this, the responsibility falls on the manager despite some things that are out of his control.
