Rumour has it that it should be announced after the Nintendo Direct today. The people who posted the rumour were the first ones who said there would be two directs this month and they look to be correct.

So what games do people want on there? I know some people will say Goldeneye but that seems to have aged badly. I wouldn’t mind one of the wrestling games because the current ones suck, but probably won’t happen because WWE/take 2 won’t allow it and Beniot is in most of the good ones.

My girlfriends sister had one sitting there picking up dust. I've not played in a few months but I've got Ocarina of Time, Golden Eye, Lylat Wars & Mario Kart sitting there. They're all great still.

This one is pretty huge due to the original n64 console's images looking atrocious on new TVs.

Plus having a number of games that you don't need to switch out, all running full screen at 60hz, not on an emulator.

I've not bothered with any of these minis, but I'll be getting one of these.

Would be great if they added online, but that's crazy talk.

This is the one I might consider getting but it all depends on the games.

Assuming it'll be any/all of these ones because they're available on the Wii U store:

DK64; Super Mario 64; Paper Mario; Kirby 64; Ocarina of Time; Sin et Punishment; Mazza Gold; Mazza Tennis; 1080 Degrees of Snow; Wave Racing 64; Mazza Kart 64; Lylat Wars; The Story of Yoshi; The Second Party Mario Had; The Mask Formerly Belonging to Majora; Pokemon Voyeurism; Exciting Bikes 64; Harvest Moon; Bomberman 64.

Cant believe nobody has mentioned Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie and Conkers Bad Fur Day. 3 of the best N64 games.

I was actually looking at that and Fighter's Destiny yesterday planning to dedicating my next day off to one or both of them ;)
Never completed it but always found it fun to play back in the day.

I thought that was different? I remember reading it wasn't actually a remake, rather an interpretation or some shit.
Yeah it's not a frame for frame remake but if I recall it did have similar 4 player split screen which was really faithful to the original. Admittedly I haven't played myself but a few friends of mine were big fans.

Yea the vid Olly posted above was what I had in mind.

Like a version that will operate how I remember the game in my mind, rather than digging out the original and it looking like it was animated using duplo and filmed on an old Nokia.

What made Goldeneye fun was having your mates over and playing it split screen. I am not sure it would be the same playing it online.

If it’s on the classic then it will not be online.

Already have a N64 in the guest-room, so there won't be a need. :)
