There is Walker, Trippier, Gomez and Alexander-Arnold for the right back position in the squad already. Wan-Bissaka is first choice RB for the 21s. England have a crazy amount of talent coming through in that one position with Laird, James and Lamptey all looking excellent in some of the younger age groups.

Lascelles is supposedly rubbish on the ball so Southgate won’t call him up.
