So Everton have been handed a 2 year academy transfer ban.

Considering everything coming out about City, surely what Everton have done is less severe? Yet they have been punished and we are not hearing anything about Punishment for City.

Yea this is the FA punishing Everton and not UEFA though.

City and Liverpool have been banned for the same thing last year.
