I was delighted when we signed Jose.

I’m also one of those that was keen to give him more time to see if he can turn it around.

But enough is enough. He isn’t delivering. Doesn’t help that we play dreadful football too.

He needs to go.

He has to finish the season. 6th, then the boot.

It's already too late for 2nd-3rd-4th spots, new.manager or not.
I respectfully disagree. If we can get someone in now to implement a proper style of play, we'd be a lot better prepared for next season.

It would be a travesty to get rid of a two-trophy winning manager from a club when other zero-cup winning managers (Poch, Klopp, etc) keep getting their contracts extended. Jose in, definitely.

Yeah but they win with exciting attack minded football. They don't publicly throw their players under the bus....it's never his fault. He's a coward when playing smaller clubs.

Should have sacked him but the imbeciles in charge want to wait till we've crashed out of top 4. God I hate watching the Europa league. Matchgoing fans and pundits like Neville don't help as they are 3-6 months behind in identifying deadwood and the board don't have the conviction or vision to act before the rot sets

6th? We might finish 10th if he stays on that long.

6th is bad enough, lower than Moyes' 7th would be a fecking embarrassment.

Get Jose out now before even more damage to our club has been done.
We are a complete joke of a team. Too many play for themselves guys who don't have a clue about teamwork and take no pride or honour in wearing the red shirt.
They are mercenaries after money, money and more money. Get shut of Jose and bin these overpaid over-rated prima-donnas asap or we will be destined for a life without trophies or attractive football.
Jose is a busted flush, pepe has him in his pocket here in England like he did in spain. We got the wrong manger, end of. Quit before we splash out more millions on dross and can then never ever get shut of the players on silly binding contracts aka sanchez.

I just noticed that you guys have a negative goal difference. How in the world does that not get him fired?
The standards and expectations at Manchester United have dropped significantly.

Throwing insult on rivals forum, while being self depreciating. I like your style, man.

Anyone out there still Jose-In?
I still think he is just a fraction of the problems we have right now but yes, he should be moved on. I want to see if any of these players give a feck under an interim coach because right now they don't care about this club.

Jose is in the last months of his managing career at a big club. I doubt he will be hired by another big club any more.

Less than 3-0 victory midweek and another dire display against Soton next weekend and the pressure will be on. There is no way he can stay beyond the end of the season. Seems inconceivable to me.

He will if he gets top 4 somehow or wins the CL. Ed needs the no CL qualification clause to kick in so that he can sack him and not pay out the full contract.

This talk about Jose being fired after the end of the season is unrealistic. He could get the boot much much earlier. Failure in the next 2 games could be the end.

Do you question our players at any point?

Because anybody watching that game today who has no ill feeling towards the players is just odd.
They're a fecking disgrace, especially the players who got the opportunity to be managed by Ferguson. We are a joke all over the club. Any shit talk about commercial revenue is also a joke considering we are a football club that has failed terribly over the last 6 years at playing football. It's like McDonalds bragging about the quality of the lettuce when the burger tastes like shit.
We are all fooling ourselves if we believe the owners, Ed, Mourinho or any of these players can get us competing seriously on all fronts.

That sounds unlikely given Woodward’s history of waiting until top four is impossible.

Klopp had a strong core of Henderson Milner and Lovren, and the club still backed him with world class signings in Van Dyke and Keita. Jose wasn't allowed to sign the players he wanted and had Pogba and Sanchez forced upon him while not being allowed to sell Martial. Shows the difference in ambition between the two clubs and where the real problem lies.
:lol::lol::lol:

This is either beyond delusion or a WUM.

We shall see.
Actually, given that he gave the job to Solari, he might have another big mistake in him

Man, Jose was great. Now he's seriously past it. He's been 2 years here and the team doesn't look like a well coached unit. That tells you everything you need to know.

it looks fairly obvious that only some of the players are putting in the effort for Jose, the others don't look interested for whatever reason. we simply seem incapable of performing as a team, I think it will be best to part ways and it might as well be done now, no point hanging around things won't improve with the same manager.

Jose is actually the only manager in history to beat Pep over a season.
I concur with you that there are too many mercenaries, and things are only going to get worse, as the club has decided to resign all players who are in the last year of the contract, and when the new manager comes, he is gonna have a massive job on his hands.

The thing that is kind of incredible is that Mourinho, Jose Mourinho, doesn't know his best 11. This is the manager that won a league with Chelsea a few years back by bascially using the same first 11 week in week out. I can't figure that bit out. How come he STILL doesn't know his best 11?

To be honest the angry man makes a lot of good points but the dude in the cream hat pretty much nailed it.
While I understand about the guy wearing the green and gold scarf and his frustrations, if he’s that mad and can see problems running deeper beyond Jose, don’t give the club a penny, it’s has simple has that. Just don’t go to games to stop funding a set of leech’s who are more worried about the stock exchange then the clubs fall from grace, yes in the greater context it won’t really make a huge difference to the leaches running this club into the ground on the football side of things, but take a stand and not give money I have not since the day they sold Ronaldo and not invested it back into the team. For me the club won’t win a PL title under the glazer ownership in my mind, if we continue to go down this road and the glazers are happy to have a long term ownership of the club, this could go on for decades, and fans need to wake up and stop giving the club money. If the ownership is happy to see our local rivals become the best club in Manchester, then they don’t deserve a penny from me, and I will continue to boycott because it’s clear has daylight winning is not the priority. I will support the team, but I won’t go to games while we continue to be run like their own personal ATM

More incredible is that his team can't defend. When you hear Mourinho, you think of a solid defense.

How you can say that, when the pressure has been far higher earlier this season?
Today was a draw.
We'll win midweek, beat Southampton, and again, the pressure will be off again
