Reminder: Jose managed to turn Chelsea fans against Hazard

In light of what happened with Pogba I'd just like to remind everyone of those times we use to laugh at Chelsea fans for wanting their best player gone because of Jose's nonsenses.

Fast forward a few years later and a lot of gullible fans have eaten up Jose's words and are now turning on any player he point a finger at and lay the blame, blame which should mostly fall on his shoulders.

Frankly those fans who booed are an utter embarrassment and typify what mindless sheep are. Waiting to eat any nonsense Jose is ready to throw out there. And what's astonishing is that there isn't even any justification for this cult like following and worship these fans have for Mourinho.

We're sitting 8th with a negative goal difference yet there they are worshipping. Tottenham humiliate us in our own backyard and spank us 0-3 and they're quick to clap. I mean what is wrong with that lot?

Good time to bring these back...

The reigning Ballon D'Or winner was once considered a 42m flop in Spain after his first season under the Special One

It's embarrassing. Mourinho's best ability is being able to manage expectations, convince the fans to get on his side and blame everything else when he's blatantly at fault and the biggest problem. People lash out at Pogba but a part of me is understanding. It's hard from a players view point when you don't get on with a manager. Mourinho being manager is bad for the long term future of the club, and maybe Pogba feels that way. It's hard for him to get the absolute best out of himself when there is constantly shit going on behind the scenes between them. I'm far from Pogba's biggest fan, but he's someone I could see being hugely influential in a positive fashion if we change our manager and the right guy comes in next. Could be a catalyst for the club and a real leader. So it's really disappointing to see how Old Trafford reacted to him.

People need to remember how legends of the club were when Moyes took over. Hard to say that Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Giggs and everyone else were angels when Moyes was here. Everyone knew he had to go for the good of the club. They did their best, but it's hard to actually be at your best with so many off field problems, even if you still put in the effort.

I do think our match going fans are too loyal at times which is stopping the board from taking action. Supporters of any other top club make their feelings known yet ours seem to feel we’re above that.

Boo the shite out of the the team after every unacceptable result and watch the board be forced into taking action. The fans have a lot of power in these situations, it’s just a matter of making your discontent known

What happened? Matchgoing fans booed the players?
Some morons on the ground at OT booed Pogba. Mindless and embarrassing sheep sitting out there eating every words out of Mourinho's mouth.

They spend most of their time busy worshipping and fallating Mourinho than supporting the club itself.

Mourinho does not control Pogba and he definitely does not put him out there to play like shite. His man management of Pogba might be poor, but Pogba needs to stop believing he is the greatest thing to happen to football and start playing like a top class player.

It’s really baffling. You would think Jose is the club’s legend having won everything while in fact he did nothing for us. However some fans like @CA1 would probably die for him. Crazy.

Couldn't the Mourinho hate fit in the Mourinho thread or the Mourinho out thread or the when will Mourinho be fired thread? Or even the Pogba thread?

That's because we had a stable manager in SAF and never come across issues such as the ones we've had recently.

Now that the going got tough, our fanbase's true color showing and it seems we have some of the biggest imbeciles among our lots. Bunch of embarrassing mindless sheeps.

Entirely predictably, the club has become 'Jose Mourinho™ (also featuring Manchester United)'.

We have a manager who's a narcissist with a cult following, it's not a good combo. We're in a really shit situation as a club and the board gets all the blame for me.

That's not the issue and not the point of this thread. Taking it somewhere else is deflecting from the main point.

 Mourinho has exposed some of our fans for what they are.

Oh sorry, I can't criticise them because they go to matches and I can't.

You don't even need to look at other clubs. Don't forget what happened with Martial this summer and all the Martial FC crap.

Was that your opinion about Rio, Vidic, and Evra when they decided to play crap under Moyes, too??

One thing that I'd thank Mourinho for. Now I don't ever want to see this condescending attitude some United fans take when speaking about other fanbases.

People on these boards love acting like their shit smell roses and aren't as fickle, irrational and filled with a sizeable amount of imbeciles like any other fanbases out there.

Exactly.

He has to go. More than pogba I am more concerned about fred ,he is just wasting fred. The problem is our board have already wasted this season by letting Jose be at this club for this season. Cannot see him getting sacked midseason.

If the coach has no control, he will not last. You have to achieve a position of comprehensive control. Players must recognise that as the manager you have the status to control events. Before I came to United, I told myself I wasn’t going to allow anyone to be stronger than I was. Your personality has to be bigger than theirs. That is vital.

There are occasions when you have to ask yourself whether certain players are affecting the dressing-room atmosphere, the performance of the team, and your control of the players and staff. If they are, you have to cut the cord. There is absolutely no other way. It doesn’t matter if the person is the best player in the world. The long-term view of the club is more important than any individual, and the manager has to be the most important one in the club.

Mourinho is a master manipulator and I said it since season 2. The goal was to get him to give us instant success and he has somehow manipulated the whole narrative into the team needing a full rebuilding job.

At this point we'd almost deserve it if we lost all our best players and spiralled into oblivion with Mourinho at the helm. The board and staunch Mourinho backers certainly do (though the latter may even see it as a good thing).

Football is a job and, like any other job, man management has a huge impact on the employee's performance.

If an employee is unhappy you can barely make him sit as his desk and that doesn't even imply any physical effort, you know, like running 6-7 miles in a football game, in front of 75K people, with all the media pressure around, with fans booing, playing in a team full of non performing players, not suited to your style and so on. Sleep on it and you will realize thst man management is the most important thing in any job or sport.

It's not like this was how Fergie turned bang average players into players that most of us consider club legends these days.

Hazard also said he wants to play for Jose again. Hazard stopped trying in Jose's last season, for whatever reason. It's not professional.

Those who turn on our best players whilst watching those team performances with those tactics deserve many more years of this football.

We, Mourinho, Woodward or the Glazers broke the world transfer record to sign Pogba. We'll probably never know who sanctioned the signing but as someone who thinks Pogba is capable of playing for anyone I think you have to place the blame on the buyer rather than the product.

If you want my opinion then it is that mourinho has been well and truly backed by the club. So in no particular order he was in charge when the club broke the transfer record for a player he now doesn't even start. He's been our manager whilst we signed the most expensive (wages) player ever (Sanchez), he's signed a £50 million pound cm who is rarely seen, he's signed a £75million striker from Everton who he has previously worked with - a player who has proven they are technically and statistically not good enough.

To be fair I've just reread the above and I'm abit disappointed in myself for even caring. I would be happy to see mourinho sacked asap but I understand that a) who do you replace him with and b) football works on cycles and no one stays at the top forever.

People are surprised? The majority of fans at Old Trafford are silly. Always have been. From booing Giggs, to booing Fergie over Tevez, to booing Nani, to mocking Fellaini. Even Newcastle a few weeks back they were turning on the players and supporting José. Don't know why so many think they're great. I say this as an occasional match goer, too.

This right there is what makes those lots just a bunch of morons of the highest order.

Boo on the players, take up signs protesting against the board but give applause to the person most responsible for our horrendous football and situation. I mean how big of a delusional retard does one need to be to mindlessly carry such actions.

Mourinho had us in an embarrassing losing streak against fodder teams yet those lots were there still fellating Mourinho. It's actually disgusting.

Events of today have me annoyed as hell. I just can't stand guillable people sometimes especially in this case with Jose and his antics being quite obvious yet he has this cult like following for absolutely no reasons and how of nowhere.

Fans love insulting players and are quick to shit on them, I don't see any reasons nor have any qualms calling them for the shit they are sometimes.

I'm pretty sure the hierarchy isn't aware of how much the fanase is hurting cause of the match goers.

That's why it's important to communicate and dissent rather than just sit and applaud. Do it at the final whistle if you want to support the team during the game. But make your voice heard.
