I soured on Jose not only after the Sevilla loss, but his press conference.
However I still wanted him to do well (and him not getting backed properly annoyed me). Some of the stuff he does annoys as well.

But wrt Pogba, he was rightfully dropped yesterday (along with Lukaku). When he came on, he hardly moved. It would be excused if he was at least doing a better Yaya Toure impression with his output.
The biggest thing holding back Pogba... is Pogba.

He cant say hes doing all he can and its a system or others holding him back from more.

So basically match going fans are idiots and the vigilant group on RedCafe know everything best for the players, the club and Paul Pogba?

Right OK... I'll inform the Stretford end on Saturday. Start the rebellion, a movement if you will
Why does attending games suddenly make your opinion more worthwhile or well informed?

I've been to shitloads of games at Old Trafford and the vast majority of the time all the people within earshot of me are complete feckwits.

The idea that match goers views should be held in higher regard than other fans is a bit weird.

You're bang out of order if you're implying racism to any of the Pogba criticism.

Ridiculous.
It’s always the same stuff with Pogba though isn’t it. It’s always the dancing, the hair cuts the laziness the arrogance. But yet when you analyse it there’s is no evidence of it. So what does it bowl down to? Why pretend if he was a white guy he wouldn’t get a much stick.

The day people give me a reasonable arguement for Pogba the day I’ll believe it’s anything other then a cultural biased.

Take it how you want it I really don’t care.

I’m not saying I agree or disagree, but I guess the school of thought is that match goers make a tangible contribution (singing, cheering, telling oppos to feck off etc).

Sorry but, someone above just accused me of being a racist.

How about you do what you're supposed to do on this place?

What you talking about he signed him and played him every week!! Ssshhhhh:wenger:

I use to think we had one of the most intelligent fans in the world. How I was wrong. SAF masked over the fans too.
Some morons on the ground at OT booed Pogba. Mindless and embarrassing sheep sitting out there eating every words out of Mourinho's mouth.

They spend most of their time busy worshipping and fallating Mourinho than supporting the club itself.
Put a sock in it, you obnoxious prats. The matchgoing fans you’re sniping at do a hell of a lot more for the club than either of you. Including during the Fergie years, when you enjoyed the sort of success you may never see again.

There’s always been different opinions amongst fans about the manager. And this isn’t a new phenomenon. During Fergie’s reign there was almost always a vocal cohort who thought we could do better with a new manager in charge and I’m willing to bet there’s a big overlap between that cohort of tossers and the people who are getting on their high horse about the “sheep” staying loyal to the current manager.

No no, hang on a second here.

Explain to me why you're accusing me of racism and calling me a racist?
Don’t call me master then. I don’t know you like that. I made my point on your half arsed views. So explain why he is a lazy fu*kwit?

Yea I get that, but that doesn't make them more knowledgeable.

I guess I'll accept your apology given I quit being a mod longer ago than I can remember.

Matchgoing fans are as full of diverse and ill-informed opinions as the rest of us. But they do, at least, actively support the club every weekend. So they definitely deserve a bit more respect than keyboard warriors calling them sheep for showing some loyalty to the manager of the club they turn up to watch every week.

The boards are so toxic at the moment because there’s a small section of people like yourself who feel the need to insult and demean anyone who doesn’t see it the way you do.

I’m also ready to see Jose out for what it’s worth.
I see you've given me a warning for the post you've quoted. I know about forums rules which doesn't allow attacking posters themselves personally but rather addressing the posts which I try to comply with as much as possible.

Now back to my post itself, it addresses issues with fans and match going fans in general. I admit the tone taken in the post you've quoted is a bit harsh but going by forums rules I don't think I've necessarily broken any rule and the post itself is similar in nature to the many harsh posts on these boards regarding players, boards or manager. It juts happened my posts adressed the fans in general, but I didn't have a go at posters personally but rather just a general comment on match going fans.

But if it's seen as an issue on these boards and doesn't conform to forum rules then it's been noted. I will now keep that in mind going forward.

I watched him on Saturday against Southampton clearly not giving a shit. He was fecking awful and it's not the first time he's put in a display like that. This season he's been a mix of good displays one week followed by appalling displays the next. His inconsistency is infuriating.

The fact you immediately jump to accusations of racism means it's not worth debating anything with you though.

I mean, maybe, I dunno. The average crowd at Old Trafford isn't what it once was.

I don't really have a firm opinion on this by the way, it's just something that struck me as I read that particular post.

Match going fans have always been held in high regard and I get why, but does the rationale really hold up with the current reality?

You're losing it pal.
Why am I losing it? Because people think Pogba owes them something? He gets hung to dry by his manager but he’s suppose to be happy and perform to his best every week.. where exactly does that happen? People think he’s our puppet.

Fair enough so

I'm not a regular match goer. A few weeks ago and this weekend(If I do go) will be first few occasions I've gone in a few seasons.

However, I find it absolutely embarrassing that people on forums such as this, can be critical and downright insulting to people who spend their hard earned money and give up all their time to follow the club around, all over the country and Europe, to show support to those players and the club.

Their opinions aren't anymore valid or right but, the idea that the match going supporters have been brainwashed by Jose Mourinho is downright ridiculous and I'll call it out, just like I would anyone spouting such shite on any topic, as I'd expect people to call me out

I feel some of them do this to not offend some other fan. I was having discussion at the pub on Sunday with three fans who were doing the same thing - blaming everything other than Moronho. One of them got upset and started calling me a bad fan when I criticised Maureen. But he sitting there criticising the players.

These types of fans are a big problem, they give the impression that we’re all happy with what’s going on.

They’d be singing mourinho’s name if we got relegated!

Fair enough. As I just said to Pogue I'm more typing as I'm wondering than anything and taking exception to the sheep comment is perfectly reasonable.

I don't really know where I'm going with this anymore.

Best get some work done.

Reminder: thinking Pogba has been poor/not good enough due to watching him play every week for us is a valid argument.
I get people don't like Mourinho, but to think posters not liking a player who literally looks like he can't be arsed is only down to him is nonsensical.
Hes been our best player this season

I’m sure OT is crammed with numpties every weekend. Take a sample of 70000 humans and you’re bound to get a lot of numpties in that mix. They’re not a unique selection of upstanding citizens. It irritates me the way people who don’t go to games criticise the behaviour of people who do, though. Especially if that behaviour is essentially about getting behind the manager and the team.

I jump on accusations because it’s never his performances it’s his hair cuts and dancing.. I haven’t seen a dance video in donkeys years and Arsenal fans have yet to mention Abumayang’s haircuts so why is it such a big thing with Pogba. Matic strolls around the pitch too but we are not jumping around calling him lazy. I just think it’s pathetic. However talk about it and you’ll get attacked, I’m just pointing out what it is. But I’ll repeat where have a called anyone racist?!

Weirdos

You genuinely believe match going supporters booed Pogba because of Mourinho?
Not because of his mouthing off to the press this season and his consistently average to shite performances?

Yet, you say people who are fans of Mourinho are disgusting?

Strange bunch
Honestly what are you on about until the southampton game he had been clearly our best player this season. You guys really are knee jerk

Unfortunately, the rest of us will have to endure that same football, too.

If there was a way to create an actual parallel reality for the Mourinho cult I'd be all for it. As it is, we have to be satisfied with their own attempts to create one here on the Caf.
I also wish something like this was possible.

A reality or parralel world were Mourinho devotees have their perfect scenario with players like Pogba out of the club while Mourinho still holding the reigns at OT and serving them his diabolical football and a reality where we have Mourinho out of the club and looking forward to a fun future.

Martial actually imo

Pogba, a few good moments here and there is not enough! Fine, the tactics, the players etc are shite but, people on here say he's World Class. World Class players do not need the kind of excuses he's getting

Matic has been getting dogs abuse this season, he's easily been our worst player this year. Mourinho has let him stroll around because he's one of his favourites which by the way is one of the reasons i want Mourinho sacked.

I haven't mentioned anything about dancing or haircuts, just that Pogba was a disgrace against Southampton. Which he was.

You said @.Rossi wants Pogba to call him master, you were clearly accusing him of being racist and now you're backtracking because you realise how stupid that was to suggest.

Distance covered stats regularly have Matic covering more ground than everyone else. Which would explain why he isn’t called lazy. I don’t think this has ever applied to Pogba.

You said I think Pogba should be calling me master. That implies racism and that I am indeed racist.
Well you seem to think he should play to his best ability when he’s clearly a pawn for the managers excuses. There’s no explanation from you for that except for him being lazy.. where exactly has he been lazy? He didn’t look lazy winning a World Cup. Where is this bad attitude, I’m assuming that’s what you meant when you called him a twit. Where’s the evidence of that? I wonder if he clocks up the least kilometres out of all our CM.

Have to say I am repulsed and disgusted by such wild, inaccurate accusations.

Yes I did say that, when is that being identified as racism please? I haven’t back tracked either! People should think before calling other posters master. Then they might not get uncomfortably responses back.

You don't even need to look at other clubs. Don't forget what happened with Martial this summer and all the Martial FC crap.
Yeah, there were a bunch of people all too happy to trade Martial for Willian.

Sanchez will replace Martial's output. Willian can help us create more goals, help us gain more control, help us improve our transitions. Improve our chance creation next season and Lukaku could get 10 more goals.
The deal would significantly improve our first 11 and provide cash for our CM and FB signings, while doing nothing for Chelsea.

No way Chelsea would even consider this.
Willian is the type of players you need to win immediate titles, Martial is the type you use to try and build teams. But considering the fact we have a very good Sanchez and Lukaku for the positions Martial excel in but a non-existent right side, we would actually be smart to make this deal.
Is Willian a world class player? Is he or will he be an upgrade in his position in our team? Is he a better player than Martial at the moment? does Willian have a stronger work ethic and better attitude? The majority of those questions if not all are a resounding answer of yes.

Clearly the Martial fan boys need to wake up and take the blinkers off,hes good, but he is not that good!
The jury is out for me on Martial he need to up it big style , or he will be back to the French league ( still on a wedge) and that's his problem for me , he doesn't look to have the determination.

Willian on the other hand is a top international at the top of his game , looks intelligent ( AM looks a bit thick to me) and suits the Jose profile.
Woah woah woah, hold your horses there keyboard warrior. I know its upsetting for you and the rest of the fans of Martial United FC that your favourite boy may be about to be shown the door but, the age of Uniteds players are less important to me than what our players do on the pitch.

Chelsea fans on Willian:

If the swap had happened, we'd be closer to 15th with a front three of Sanchez Lukaku Willian and Chelsea would be closer to the top with another clinical finisher in attack.

Chelsea fans have been wanting Willian sold for two or more years now.
