It's better than having the same old shite like Norwich or Derby coming up. At least we have some history with Leeds.

Get rid of Huddersfield, Cardiff and Brighton. Bring back Leeds, Forest and Villa
This! Would love to have Leeds, Forest and Villa back up. Bring back to good old days.

Agree on Huddersfield and Cardiff but think Hughton deserves to stay up to be honest, maybe Burnley in their place instead to drop, bit harsh after last season though

I'd like another rival in the Prem. As long as their ownership issues are all signed off I don't see the issue.. proper club, proper rivalry.

Indeed. Likes of Forest, Shef W, Villa, Leeds etc have a bigger historical pull and I'd love them to make it back. But the beauty of football is in the cycles... history is not the key factor

I enjoy the United/Leeds rivalry so I’m excited to see the fixtures again.

Villa aren't gone that long and I remember hoping they'd go down for ages before that. Be nice to have Forest back up though.

They were some pretty intense games but I’m not sure I want another rival club around. I keep looking out for the 1-1 game (full match) at Elland Road in the treble season but it’s not on YouTube :(

I disliked them last time in the PL despite being ambigious about United fans hating Leeds (I was young) so my dislike for them trancends club rivalry. In short I don't want them to do well however I have an older coworker who's a lovely man and a Leeds supporter so at least he'll be happy.

Can imagine two heated matches, particularly at bellend road. When did we last go there?
Pogba played. It was 2012 league cup I think. The commentator was purring over Pogba. Losing him and seeing him play a UCL final and win titles with juventus was tough in the years that followed.

well, it's been such long time so I will be happy to see them back to the EPL. And if they suddenly go down again after only one season, I will be happier. hahaha

Having Bielsa in the PL can’t be a bad thing
Bielsa vs Klopp and Pep is going to be delightful! I guarantee a strange moment for most epl observers. But in the long run, Bielsa will either get sacked or win the title.

No middle ground with this man.

In the Championship?
No Bielsa is a very strange coach but he is very interesting. He will not ask his players to play or be in the space between the lines. Instead, he will ask them to push up the opposition defensive line and compress it with the midfield and defense, it will be some kind of very intense pressing. I think it would be fantastic to see him against the big boys. Especially if his team is disciplined. A lot of teams will be disturbed, especially the big ones. Small teams will just defend low since they will be pushed up anyway.

I would like to see Leeds back in the Premier, to me other than Liverpool they are the only serious rival we have. Still hate the Leeds teams under Revie with Hunter and Brenner, nasty pieces of work the whole lot of them.

Their fans are absolute cnuts. Can't stand them. Having said that, they're a big club and do belong in the Premier League.

I was at that game and my main memory is of Pogba smashing a shot that pretty much (in fact, might have) went over their south stand

Would love to see Bielsa in the EPL and Leeds are a historic club with a exciting rivalry against us so would definitely want to see them up.

Leeds Fan - first of all very very long way to go, we have a thin squad playing a lot of academy players which is great but I'm still sceptical if we will go up.

Would love to play you lot twice a year though but do you think the rivalry will still be there from you side? I mean we have been out the top flight for so long, also we have no right to play in the premier we have been where we have because that's what we deserved.

Good to see one of our major rivals back - the games always had an edge to them, largely because their fans always seemed like massive cnuts. Bring them on.
This for Chelsea too. Hope the police in Fulham are prepared though .

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chelsea_F.C.–Leeds_United_F.C._rivalry

Everyone hates them.

I'm not kidding, I moved from London to Bournemouth a few years ago and even Bournemouth fans despise them!

I’m sure it’s from the casuals days. Leeds and Chelsea had 2 of the biggest mobs and it was soon as a massive north/south rivalry. Plus both sets of supporters are traditionally absolute knobheads, Chelsea racists and Leeds....well, just awful (sorry duffer)

Edit....the wiki article pretty much confirms it

Another team that will raise it against UTD like it's their cup final and drop to their crap standards against the other top 5 clubs. No thank you.
Fergie made this point when Keegan lost it on live TV with the 'I would love it if we beat them' rant.

It would be good to have them back. A proper rivalry, second only to the Scousers really.

The PL needs less Burnleys and Huddersfields and more Leeds and Nottingham Forests.

haven't missed them but always 2 tight games and a good rivalry - atmosphere would be great

I'd prefer Leeds to boring negative Newcastle
