Good. I'd much rather play them than fecking Huddersfield or Cardiff. While we're at it, let's get Wednesday and Villa back up.
Used to love Wednesday. DiCanio and Carbone were awesome together

It was bound to happen eventually. A club that size will find its way to unfeck itself (and they were really fecked 15 years ago).

In 2004 I probably thought it would take them about 5 years maximum before they were Premier League again, but they've had a run of mad owners, more managers than you can count on your fingers and toes and the obvious money issues.

PL needs the likes of Villa, Leeds, Stoke etc back. This season in particular is the weakest, on paper, in living memory. Week after week there are drab fixtures that don’t inspire you one bit. Replace Huddersfield with Leeds today and how much more attractive does Cardiff v Leeds look. Make that Villa v Liverpool today instead of Brighton and it’s much more inteteresting.

I’d welcome Leeds back.

It's a no from me. Horrible club. Horrible fans. Horrible ground. As someone else said, the Millwall of the North.

They dropped through the divisions because of their own hubris and, personally, I've missed them like a third nostril.

I'm happy to see a club like Brighton in the Prem. They have built a state of the art stadium and climbed the divisions through hard work, financial prudence and an astute manager. I'll take that over spavined old heifers with an over developed sense of entitlement like Leeds every day.

It’s about time, much rather they be in the Prem over nothing teams like Burnley, Cardiff, Huddersfield, Bournemouth etc.

It’s unbelievable There’s actually teenage Leeds fans that have never seen them In the premier league.

I'm delighted too.

Premier League should consist of the biggest club and clubs with a history and wide fan base.
The Premier league should consist of the best teams in the land regardless of size or history or fan base.

Stoke are, in my opinion, a bigger club with a more passionate support than Cardiff, Huddersfield, Watford, Fulham, Brighton, Crystal Palce, Bournemouth etc. They’d always give the top six a game and a trip to Stoke was always a game where you thought a top six rival may slip up. I’d tune in to a Sky game with Stoke because they were generally competitive, I wouldn’t go from the kitchen to the front room to watch Cardiff, Huddersfield or Fulham.

I am happy too, just to be part of the spectacle again. Leeds vs United matches will bring out the tribalism we so miss in today's highly tactical and insipid affairs. There needs to be more passion in the game and fixtures like these will surely up the stakes.

Biesla will also add a different style and dimension to the PL - despite his unethical practices.

Constantly at the STD clinic.
Delighted they are back to be honest. Had been too long. Sometimes I want to see Arsenal do better as well (not nowadays but when they are bellow us) because I used to hate Arsenal and I want that Arsenal vs Man United rivalry back.

They're not back yet. Only 4 points above 3rd with 19 games left.

Would rather play Leeds than Fulham Brighton or Bournemouth etc

Least the Leeds matches will have bit of needle to them, especially with the two sets of supporters, Will one of the biggest games of the season and one for support to look forward too.

Leeds looked extremely fit on Friday night, no wonder Bielsa is such a hero to Pep.....

They're an interesting club. Way too many nothing clubs in the league at the moment tbh. Most of the bottom half is just a huge shrug.

Bielsa in the PL would be great to watch too.

Their team and fans are scumbags. It will be another small club who will put in 100% against us whilst getting hammered by the other top 6 sides. Their fans have a hatred toward whilst most United fans don’t give two fecks about them.

Do not want them in the Premier League!
Leeds a "small club" :houllier:

Theres an entire generation who dont realise we all hate leeds scum.
Im one of these generation of people.
Younger than many on here.

I grew up finding them quite entertaining.
With Kewell,Hart,Jimmy Floyd,Viduka,Smith,Keane etc.
If memory serves they even helped us win a title by beating Arsenal.

Never knew we had such a dislike for eachother, even though i did hear a few whispers of a rivalry the last time we played.

I thought nothing of it at the time.

I started watching just after they were relegated, so I don't even remember us ever playing them in the league. Will just be another newly promoted team for me.

A tough 6 points for Utd to get while they bend over for City Liverpool and the likes. No thanks.

When Leeds got relegated and went into financial ruin I thought it was hilarious. I loved it that first season. But then I realized that when it's all said and done, what's the fun in having a rivalry if you can't beat them? I doubt our rivalry will ever get to where it was before, and they will become more like how City used to be, but it will still be fun to beat them. THey may need us a hell of a lot more than we need them, but rivalries are what makes this game great. Celtic need Rangers, Barca needs Real Madrid, and Leeds need Manchester United...

Always good to have your rivals in the same league. Not much of a rivalry when you're so far apart in the football pyramid.

Also Bielsa in the Premier League would be great with his no shites given attitude. Until he implodes and loses his job that is.

I think they should stay down there.

Possibly by results not going their way on the last game of the season.

Preferably in the dying seconds of a game that has gone into extra time after theirs has finished, in a match that means feck all to the two teams taking part, through an offside handball.

I'd love them to never get back into the top flight.

Horrible club, horrible fans.

I don't think any club or set of fans hate Utd more than Leeds do. Even more than City or Liverpool or Stoke for some reason :houllier:

They can feck off and stay in the lower leagues for eternity hopefully.

Keep them down there until we can get our shit together, otherwise it'll just be another team of game raising cnuts against us alone.

Get them all up. Forest, Leeds, Villa, the two Sheffield clubs and one other from Derby/Birmingham/QPR/Middlesborough.
Boot out the following: Bournemouth, Burnley, Brighton (Huddersfield, Cardiff, Fulham).
