Paul Ince could have done it...

Is there more deluded, bitter wanker in would football and when will this fool stop banging on about Ole? I'm actually starting to believe Ince thinks he should have been offered the job.

He has form for delusions of grandeur...

He was offered a great deal by Monaco but Paul Ince told the club he was as good as James Rodríguez and wanted a similar deal. It's unrealistic
"If you're talking £15m for Zaha, Thomas has got to be £25m. If you compare the two, Thomas should cost more," he told BBC Radio Lancashire.

To be fair, I can sort of understand having bias towards your children but at the same time it just further illustrates how far detached from reality this man is.

You need help Paul.

Ignoring tactics and training and actual managerial ability for a second.

Ole came in and instantly the mood improved because he's a legend at the club and all the fans love him.

Pau Ince is a prick that most Utd fans don't like, myself included. So just on that basic level he wouldn't have been able to do what Ole did.

Watched our treble winning season earlier. I recorded off Sky months ago and just got round to watching it. His celebration after scoring against us at Anfield just gives me a timely reminder why I hate him so much.

Is this new? Didn't he say the same thing a couple weeks back before the big results? Thought he shut up since then

Is it me or hasn't he been saying this for the last week or so. He's just repeating himself. And he will do well do remember the job he did at Blackburn. Dinosaur pundit who just regurgitates tired lazy cliches.

Even if you ignore everything else Ole has done and just take his basic point, that any old likeable person could have gone in and told them to “just play”, it still falls flat because he’s not particularly well liked. Ole is a United legend, loved by the fans and well renowned as a humble and likeable person. Ince isn’t either of those.

Paul Ince talking out his arse shocker, man hasn't gotten a clue and there's a reason no club has come to him to be their manager.

Obviously set it up for him to answer like that so they can get views on the video. They’re not stupid they know people find it laughable. Ince clearly is stupid though.

It's weird how these pundits just think they could do it, as if it's nothing. Like when Merson discredited Marco Silva for winning the league in Greece as if he could have done it too.

Why don't these guys actually go do it then, instead of just talking a big game and discrediting those who are actually out there succeeding?

Ince was a great player for us bossing midfield (for a time) but it went to his head and he couldnt keep his Gob shut. He hasnt changed, still spewing out shite. Fergie saw the problem that Ince was when he got to cocky and started to belive his own nickname, the governor, Fergie rightly off-loaded him although it shoucked a few at the time.

He would soon piss off players if he was the manager. You cant man manage with such arrogance and a narcissistic personality. Ole is everything Ince isn't. Ive been really impressed with how he is managing the team and handling the huge responsibility that goes with being under the spotlights at United. He takes the pressure in his stride, most would wilt.

In his press conferences he never criticises the players even when prompted on individual weakness, he remains tactful and supportive. You can see he is a nice guy but also somone who is intelligent and has a steel core that wont be messed with.

Ince on the other hand is a prick.

Paul Ince is a good reminder of why just because you played for United, doesn't mean anything if you're nob off the pitch.

I think he's just being controversial to get air time...and it's working! Surely he can't believe what he's saying?

Shouldn’t he be writing down ‘shoot’ on notepads at some lower league club?

He's a bit of a dick. Although he was right about what he said the other day about Ole's team selection against Burnley. There was no need to bring in Pereira when Herera was fit enough to be on the bench. It basically threw away 2 points.

Fergie kicked him out when Ince thought he was bigger than he is. Seems he has not learned from that lesson. Ole brings something to the club that is sometimes underestimated in this world today. That is humility and treating everybody with the same respect. It´s a little bit funny but those that are true leaders in the world do not need to shout about their achievements because their actions speaks for them. What Ole has done is nothing short of remarkable and lesser men like Ince do not understand that. I want us to sign Ole now as Man Utd manager for the future.

I think he's right and he should be our manager, Director of football, should take over from Southgate at England and negotiate the Brexit deal.

I dunno on paper it was the perfect game to bring him in.

Himself wanting to prove a point and the fans clamouring for him to play means there had to be a game for him to come in and what better than Burnley?

There is a certain logic to the train of thought that despite the excellent early results under Ole that we should think long and hard about giving him the job permanently. But there is no logic to suggest that Ince, a divisive character to say the least, could have replicated what Ole has done so far.

Our ex-players are turning into a bunch of gobshites.

Van Gaal and Mourinho failed at the club, Ince is a nobody when it comes into club management. The clueless speak the loudest, typical.

He couldn't even get a job for a league 2 side let alone Manchester United.

Ince never wanted to leave United, and it hurt him deeply that he was turfed out.

I don't find it surprising he has had a vendetta against the club ever since.

It's a shame really as he was a great player for us and is sour to his core because of what happened.

We need to start enjoying this idiot more. Every time he opens his mouth he ends up looking like a fool.
