Such sad news, RIP Eric the Star Maker

Condolences to his family and close friends.

We've got the Jimmy Murphy young player of the year award, and it would be nice if the club honoured Eric in a similar way in time, i'm sure they will.

Will always be a club legend. Thank you Eric for all you did for us. Thoughts and prayers to his family. If there's an afterlife you can guarantee he'll be cheering on the reds somewhere. RIP.

Sad news indeed but glad he is at peace now given the nature of his illness. His contribution to the club will live on in our history and must never be understated. To bring through the class of 92 gave us success beyond anything we could have imagined.

RIP

He's an example of just how important coaches and everyone else behind the scenes are in the success of teams. We often focus on the main individual(s) like Ferguson but we don't consider how important someone like Harrison is.

RIP Eric :( very sad news but at least he is now at peace after a terrible illness. His importance to the history of United over the last 30 years or so cannot be understated. Hope the club do something to honour him.

Best wishes to his family.

One of the single most important figures in the history of our club. Deserves to be up there with Sir Matt and Sir Alex in regards to how he's talked about in the future.
