2nd April - Wolves away
6th April - potential FA Cup semi
9th/10th April - CL, 1st leg
13th April - WHam home
16th/17th April - CL, 2nd leg
21th April - Everton away
24th April - City home
28th (or 27th if reaching CL semis) - Chelsea home
30th April/1st May - potential CL semi, 1st leg

So potential 9 games in April. The "reserves" showed last night that they can get a result, we have a good squad. Can't wait.

Edit: if Chelsea go deep in EL, the game with them might be moved?

It's horrendous, but I'd rather be in this situation with stuff to play for than barely any games to watch.

Hopefully we don't get many more injuries and people return to fitness fairly soon though.

The tough games never seem to end do they? Bring it on.
Exactly. The club is moving in the right direction if April is a tough one!

Squeaky bum time:devil:

If we work like we did yesterday and recover our injuries I'm not worried one bit. our quality will do the rest. I don't expect 9 wins from 9 but we have enough to win most of them.

Business end of the season. Better to be in the mix than not. Bring it on!

Bring it on, in the end this is all what supporting United is about.

I expect at least 4/5 wins from the PL games. City at home is a tough one to predict, plus it could decide the title for them.

Think we'll get someone tough in the CL quarters and go out (but go out fighting!) and hopefully reach the FA Cup final.

Let's hope that if we make it to the FA Cup semi, we'll have a good draw (say, Millwall) as 3-4 days later is the 1st leg of the CL quarters and a difficult game, let alone extra time, would be really bad for the rest of the month. A good draw in the CL would help also. A tie with Liverpool or City would be exciting but potentially damaging for the league campaign. Porto/Ajax would do.

Hopefully a lot of our injuries are resolved over the international break. Still, absolutely buzzing for this.

I gave us no chance of knocking out PSG even when Ole was named interim manager and especially after the first leg and all the injuries. Boy was I happy to be wrong. I would say I don't expect us to win the Champions league or even get past the Quarter Finals if we got tough opposition.

But the thing is once the champions league gets to the quarter final stage, any team can win it. We seem to have a fighting spirit and the players would run through brick walls for Ole. All I can say is who knows what's going to happen. Football is strange like that.

Nice... love watching my team play these days. Just imagine the contrast if we still had Mourinho as coach.

I find it strange that PL packed the season like this. Final round will be May 12th. CL final is Juni 1st. Why don't do it like in Spain? Season there is 2 weeks longer.

As others have said you want plenty of games at this stage of the season, better that than sitting mid-table out of the cups. The squad doesn't look to be in a particularly good state but let's hope we can get some players back soon.

Hoping for an easy FA Cup draw if we make it through Wolves, and tbh anyone we get in the CL will be tough, so bring it on.

I'm looking forward to the month, not dreading it, it's been so long since our session had some relevancy at this stage of the season (Europa didn't count - Jose's dead football made me numb to that achievement if I'm being totally honest)

Isn't this what we want after the dross of Jose?

To be involved in the UCL at all is a miracle. Let's embrace the challenge

I doubt there is anyone - from the fans to the players - who isn't excited about April. It will be difficult but the team spirit will be high.

Well, we've already showed we can survive with injuries so that's the only real concern with that many fixtures.

Ideally we can rest a player or two each 'easier' game. Having said that we need all players back by then to stand a chance. The beauty of having players injured/suspended now is Mata, Herrera, Martial, Pogba, Lingard, Matic will all be rested so to speak.

Yeah, I obviously wanted Porto, but after a few trash years of going out to crappy teams, this isnt the worst (and it is exciting). Will see how Ole manages the squad here.

Is the FA Cup semi definitely on the 6th if we get there and not also possibly the 7th?

It would be better for us if it is on the 6th in order to have enough rest for Barca 1st leg.

We should field the kids in every game so we can mentally prepare for the summer tour.
