Yes, petulant spoiled brat, technically very gifted, but overall, grossly overrated.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has been charged with making "insulting acts against a match official" following his comments about the Champions League tie with Manchester United.

The 27-year-old called the decision to award United a 94th-minute penalty in the match on 7 March "a disgrace".

Marcus Rashford's scored to ensure a 3-1 win and the Premier League side went through to the Champions League quarter-finals on away goals.

A hearing date is yet to be confirmed.

More to follow.

Arnt most top players the same, all got some kind of ego, personally I think he's at the wrong club, he needs a stronger opposition every week to make him even better. French league is pretty poor, and champions league finds them out, has in last few years no matter how good a player PSG get.. But spoilt brat most are who are rolling in it.

He was so good at Barca because he couldn't be act like a dickhead, the club was above him. Neymar needs that to be at his best

the PSG move was motivated by money and personal gains. its a pity but he chose to waste his prime in that environment. he was very focused at Barca and looked destined to fill the boots of Messi and Ronaldo very soon.

And weirdly enough PSG has regressed in Europe since he's been there

Why people still call him a 'talent'? He is an established star, only player who can be mentioned in same sentence as Messi and Ronaldo. There is nobody else in same catagory. As for him leaving Barca, I get his point. It simply not possible to have Messi-Neymar in same club for long. He is too big a player for that. And only PSG would have paid 200m + his huge salary. Would United have paid? If United paid this much, I am sure he would have moved to United. Then everyone here would have praised him for this move, and people would talk about hihs mental 'strength'. Lets be honest, not many players would have ignored such a massive package/power.

Probably deserves its own thread. That punch had the power of my microwave.

The more I see it the worse it is. If it had been the guy doing it to Neymar he'd be looking at a couple of months in the big house. It would be shocking if Neymar doesn't appear in court charged with some form of assault. Such a bell end.

Guy would be smart contacting the police. Assaulted for filming? Guessing he'd be getting a pretty penny to drop any case against the diva.

First thing I'd be doing is taking a seat, holding my jaw, acting faint, seek medical attention and then cash in.

Hmm, I think you meant once Zlatan left.
I remember PSG did solid job usually at CL with him there, no where close to going to final of course, but I don't remember them bottling any games. They just lost to the better team.

2018/19: round of 16
2017/18: round of 16 (*Neymar joined*)
2016/17: round of 16
2015/16: quarter-finals (*Zlatan left end of season*)
2014/15: quarter-finals
2013/14: quarter-finals
2012/13: quarter-finals (*Zlatan joined*)
2011/12: UEFA Europa League group stage
2010/11: UEFA Europa League round of 16

Before Neymar joined, they did that ridiculous bottling in the famous game vs Barca, which ironically Neymar help sinked 'em down hard.
Then Neymar joined and create all those tensions and problems with his new teammates, and this year, they bottled it up again vs us, many excuses for them to take to their graves so they and their fans can feel better.

Why does the first guy stop to look at what he's doing? Seems like he might be known to them?

Behind the right goal post as "Whiteside shoots!"
Definitely no spitting. The guy does not wipe his face or jacket after. So the guy insults Neymar and Neymar shoves the person behind him? I don't see any big story here
Probably. It's just that little movement.

Guy may have been winding up PSG players but you've got to walk past it. If you or me half shove someone then maybe no story but if Neymar does it, rightly or wrongly, it will be.

Just been suspended, might be again.

He has nothing short of excellent for PSG in Europe though?
Single handedly saved them from going out in the groupstage this year by dropping a masterclass against Liverpool.
Outstanding against Bayern last year.
Always delivered against the weaker teams which Napoli/Liverpool failed to do this year.
Best player against Madrid in the 1st leg

It's not his fault that he gets injured, PSG failing in Europe is definitely not on Neymar.

You'd probably be escorted into a room and visited by Neymar for an apology. You sit down on a chair with your head down keep acting faint, until he steps in the door then you slowly stand up and say. One... million dollars.

I thought that at first, but after a few looks I think he stops because he didn't like that the guy put his phone in his face

The guy in the row behind the incident with the little boy was certainly not impressed, understandably.

He is a living cliché of what happens when you take street trash from the favelas of Brazil and transfer 100 million to his bank account.

He wouldn't be even flipping burgers at McDonald's if he wasn't a pro footballer.

He is a complete bell-end and a cock-Womble to boot.

But the people who allow him to be that way are worse. If he behaved that way on my estate he’d probably end up with his feet sticking out a dumpster.

He’s pathetic. Hilarious that he was (& probably still is in some circles) thought to be a footballer that would ascend to the level of the true elites. He is a waif.

I second the cliché post.

It's the same with "bad boy" Hollywood actors. They have people around to clean up the messes they make and other people to tell them how great they are all the time. There aren't any real consequences.
