with 2 clubs so far ahead of the other 4 ‘top6’ we’ll see exactly what the glazers think of united now.

klopp’s been at pool 4/5 seasons & changed them dramatically so i’m not so down about how far we are away - the difference is everyone of their recent signings [kieta] permitting have been a HUGE success, i just don’t think we’ll spend the money correctly.

city have shown they can repeat this seasons total by doing it last year aswell, if pool can replicate this seasons totals then it’s 4 teams for 2 places & we look miles off.

Absolute worst season of my life. I've watched every game ever since i started following Utd back in 2000's and always look forward to next season but I can't see any reason for optimism as long as the Glazers & Woodward are still here.

If nothing drastic happens in the summer I'm going to seriously consider whether it's worth it to be taking football this seriously whilst the parasites are still here.

I've already had to control my expectations this season, just for my own sanity.

What a nightmare.

Nothing will happen. Our fans will applaud everything. Woodward and Glazers will be content.

The path has not been the worst possible, but the result may end up being the worst possible.

The jolt this club needs to get arrogant Woodward out of this club.
Woodward is going nowhere. He has earned the glazers an absolute fortune, and sadly that is what they are here for.

It's an awful season because we're awful from top to bottom not because our rivals are doing well.
It hurts me more to see us be awful than it is to see our rivals do well. We need to sort ourselves out!

Since the win against PSG, United has been utter crap. Bottom of the table form crap.

We should take notes from Liverpool. They don't have Pogba and they are doing fine. No player is irreplaceable.
If they don't want to play for the club, set a price and deadline, if any club met them, they can feckin go.

Its not a rocket science to earn money with our reach, any other ceo can do it as well and equally good on footballing matters. He needs to be fired .

This is the worst season I've witnessed, we are done for with Liverpool effectively winning the CL and one of City/Liverpool winning the PL

United is the sole reason I am overweight again, f*ing depressing stuff all season. Yes I am a fat emotional eater. This CL Final will push me to obese!

Remember how bad this feels right now.

When we're back, dont know when but we will be, make sure you enjoy it all the more, we were winning that much it felt like we only had to turn up to win.

Football works in cycles, its someone else's turn right now, and its bloody awful!!

He won’t be fired. I bet it’s not even a consideration. It’s depressing. Very bleak times for a club of this stature but Woodward is the convenient scapegoat. He is just one of our many problems.

Revenue 2013: £363m
Revenue 2018: £590m

That's all they care about. Woodward, Arnold and Matt Judge are the Glazers' all-time favourite people.
There are hundreds of financial gurus and savvy businessmen who could do the job Woodward did in terms of revenues, while being good at football too.

Worst season of my supporting United times. Not just being 6th and shite but our biggest rivals are dominating England and Europe.

And also with absolute no hope in closing the gap any time soon.

That's great, but the Glazers aren't sacking Woodward to appoint one of them.

He's here to stay, for as long as they are (and all indications suggest that will be a very long time).

It’s not the fact City and Liverpool are winning, it’s the fact we are making no changes to catch them up.

I am close to trying to walk about from it all, the club is a mess and nothing is going to change with our current owners and board. This isn’t about winning the league, there is no enjoyment from watching us anymore. How many Liverpool fans tell you they are enjoying the ride even when they’re not winning under Klopp, why? Because they are entertained and can see clear progress.

We have absolutely none of that and I can’t see it improving anytime soon. The club set up is wrong, the manager is wrong, we need to replace at least 6 squad players whilst 5 of our best players want to move else where. Our youth system is so poor we haven’t developed a decent player in years, the stadium is starting to look old school.

Fergie papered over the cracks for too long. We are in the wilderness for at least 5 years, more likely 10 now.

This is exactly how I see it. Thank you.

When things aren’t going your way, nothing will. It’s just the way football generally operates.

I can't remember why I joined this war.
Liverpool winning the CL and City the league. Can it get any worse for us? Yeah it already is, we have to go into another season with the clueless cretin Woodward and owners who never watch a game because they don't give a shite about soccer.

I agree that this season is the worst in all my years. I remember United being crap before, far worse than this even, but City and Liverpool didn't both dominate everything at the same time as we were so bad.
Champions League - Pool. Prem - City or Pool. FA Cup - probably City. League Cup - City. Whereas United couldn't even qualify in 4th place for next year's Champs League.
I haven't felt this bad about football since 1974.

So
City win the league and domestic treble
Possible Liverpool/spurs final
Possible arsenal / Chelsea Europa final
Possible 5 English teams in cl next year

Meanwhile we finish 6th and struggle to beat one of the worst teams In league history

At least we gave contract extensions to young smalling and Jones :)

In addition to City and Liverpool doing well, let's not forget, arsenal or Chelsea could still win the Europa League

Not even when we are consistently out of top 4? Is he in bed with them?
