This won't be an open game. A tight 1-0 or 2-1 I guess.
Eh, we should have won quite comfortably at Wembley, however they’re the only side I’ve seen give us serious problems at Anfield in the past two seasons. Agree with the rest, it’s a horrible match up given they can match us for intensity. Could go either way and we could end up losing a CL final to Spurs. It would be our luck to a tee this past decade. They should’ve/could’ve had 2 draws against us this season. They play well against us most of the time and they know us well too. Don’t like this matchup one bit.
Literally nobody gives a shite about the Nations League finalHas an impact on the England NT this. They play Holland in the Nations League semi final 5 days after the CL final. Would have been more impactful for Holland if Ajax had got through mind.
Funny that, people have been saying the exact same thing about Liverpool.I have a feeling Spurs will win it even though Liverpool are the better side. The last second VAR reprieve at City, tonight’s last minute winner out of nothing (like Iniesta at Chelsea in 2009) - it just seems like they have something going for them this year.
Course they do. Watch the final and see if you still think that after.Literally nobody gives a shite about the Nations League final
And a Champions league final between Liverpool last trophy won a League cup in 2012 and Tottenham a league cup 2008.A "Champions League" final between 2 clubs that haven't been champs of England since On The Buses was top comedy.
Spot onIf Liverpool win it we won't hear the end of it, their fans are just insufferable. If Spurs win it, Liverpool will go full meltdown mode and Tottenham fans will have the ultimate cheeky banter card against Arsenal supporters, no idea how a United fan would want Liverpool to win even if they deserve it. Sportsmanship and paying respect where it's due is good but the thought of Pool winning makes me nauseous.
We only lost that game due to Lovren. We completely demolished them at Wembley this season, should have won by 4 or 5.Poch has last 4 games v Klopp
Won 4-1. (Wembley)
Drew 2-2 (Anfield)
Lost 1-2. Son blatant pen last min denied. (wembley)
Lost 1-2. (Anfield). Last min own goal. Spurs deserved to win.
Basically Poch knows how to play Klopps system. He has 3 weeks to get his tactics spot on for the final. . This won't be a walk over for Scousers as they think.
They should have demolished you at Anfield to be fair.We only lost that game due to Lovren. We completely demolished them at Wembley this season, should have won by 4 or 5.
Not to mention the miraculous group stage escape. If they are going to win it it'll have to be this year.I have a feeling Spurs will win it even though Liverpool are the better side. The last second VAR reprieve at City, tonight’s last minute winner out of nothing (like Iniesta at Chelsea in 2009) - it just seems like they have something going for them this year.
He'll probably be half fit by that time so it would be a big risk playing him. That ankle of his is knackered he'd probably end up getting subbed within 20 minutes. It's a one-off game, in which anything can happen.
Given their league form Liverpool are favourites, but Spurs will hopefully have Kane back and with him in the team we will always have a decent chance.
