If United can get this kid and Cherki, the u18 group with Shoretire and Forson will be really talented.

Looks like we're setting up a proper structure again. I really get the feeling Ole will be here for many years to come and slowly but surely take us back to top.

Shh, don't spoil the narrative we're run by clowns and he's just a Woodward/Glazer stooge.

Wish we could learn more about what happened at Monaco because this kid's father implied some really messed up stuff went down and that's not football-related at all.

Was he vague or implying anything specific?
Super vague
Lofti Mejbri explained the situation, claiming ‘serious things’ went on behind the scenes, which were ‘very difficult to live through’ for Hannibal and the rest of his family.

Claiming their relationship with Monaco is now ‘completely destroyed’, the youngster’s father believes it’ll be hard to ‘continue to work with people when there’s such a lack of trust’.

This is not the point, point is how a club or a global organization like Manchester united should be operating. Can you imagine Apple appointing a novice as its CEO or JP Morgan, where Ed is from, appointing a non banker as their head of investment banking division.

A global club like United should have a proper structure and should only appoint experienced, most qualified and top of the trade people in our executive and management positions.

Yes the sentimental appointment of Ole might work, he is a capable person no doubt, yes, Ed could still learn from his mistakes and prove to be a capable CEO in the long run, yes united could still work for next 20 years without a Director of Football / Technical Director / Head of Recruitment positions. But this not how a club like United should operate, relying on only hopes, without any past evidence to back them. Like any global corporate we should be hiring and appointing most capable persons for the job.

I heard that he's imminent to sign with AC Milan. In fact he had already crossed the alps.

My guess is that they did something like with Elliot Kebbie at Atletico and had him living on his own after promising things to the family.
Monaco has a dorm room for academy players and that's one of the reasons why some parents choose Monaco.

Really talented? Think you're understating mate.
If United sign this lad and Cherki than we'll have two of the biggest u17 talents. I mean Cherki comes with a ridiculous amount of hype of himself.

Apple could easily appoint a CEO from the world of fashion, food or any other industry. It happens all the time. This theory that our ‘structure’ is simply Ed Woodward is false. Manchester United have several ‘football’ people in various levels at the club. Ed Woodward is just in charge of the operation as a whole, not on a micro level. I tell you what would be ridiculous though, appointing I dunno, fecking Paul Mitchell as the CEO of Manchester United. The CEO will always be a person like Woodward. Or Gill. Or Kenyon. Basically, not a ‘football man’. Beneath them will always be football men. I doubt there is one ‘suit’ between Ole and Woodward.

I always find it a bit laughable when people get so caught up with Woodward being an accountant/investment banker. But then will seemingly completely unaware jerk off Daniel Levy on here about how amazing he is at making deals even though he also comes from an economics/invesment/property development background. Or Florentino Perez is an engineer. The chairmans of practically every club have some sort of background in finance or law but suddenly it is the craziest thing ever because Woodward is. Maybe he is poor at the role, but it isn't because he is an accountant.

Indeed sir. You can’t just give a multi-billion pound club to an ex-player or some total football visionary because he has great ideas. Hopefully your manager fits into that category though.

There were reports years ago, we hired one of the best French scouts to an identity young player with world-class like Pogba in France. As far as we have been linked with Noam Emeran, Rayan Cherki and Hannibal Mejbri, they are all considered as the best talents in France especially Cherki.

Noam Emeran joined us last winter. Mejbri keens on move to us as soon as the court battle settled. Not sure about Cherki but hope we can convince him to join us.

This strategy is the way to go and seems like the club are definitely on the right track. Cherki, Mejbri, Emeran, Shoretire and Forson would potentially be a great team in the making.
