Damn that's a shame. I would rather have Lozano wife left than Martial, £35m is a steal. I'm sure he can function well at wide right as well.
Martial might steal his wife.

If can't sign Sancho, then I'd like us to try for Chiesa at Fiorentina.

Keep a clean shit tomorrow, United is my final bus
The idea that we need to alter our transfer plans because of no CL should be way wide of the mark, especially with a young kid like Sancho.

We've been saying that we need only players that really want to play for us. No CL football for one season shouldn't matter. That might be the only silver lining to this whole mess, finally we get players in that aren't here for a quick fix of fame. Unless Woodward goes off on his galactico hunt again offering out huge contracts to unwanted former stars.

But the selling point should be easy. Come and play for what will hopefully be a young team, full of potential, and help take us back to the top. Any player involved in this will become heroes to so many people around the world. They'll earn their fame and their money along the way. Just lead with that and see who is genuinely up for this challenge.

Under a tree.
Completely forgot that Zaha went on loan to Cardiff and played under Solskjaer. Solskjaer has also talked very highly of him in the past, i think he will try and go for him in the summer

Sancho, Zaha and Lozano.

Any TWO of these. That’s right. We should be signing two.

We need two attacking players. Winger good 1 v 1 and playmaker. Doesn't actually matter which side it is.

Is there any chance to sign Sane if City want to sell him? Or it would be even harder to sign than Sancho?

Probably off to Bayern if they do sell, he has 2 years left on his contract and isn't signing a new one supposedly due to a lack of game time, but I'd expect City to be happier with him being in the Bundesliga than with us.

On a side note, with all the upheavals in our midfield, I feel like we're going to have another summer where we yet again gloss over the weakness of our attack, and the RW especially. Would be a shame as it's still the position where a good player would make the biggest difference to our team imo.

Sancho - first choice.
Maddison - second choice.
Ziyech - third choice.

If we are not able to get a talented winger, then, we should play diamond formation and try to sign a player like Felix, Havertz, Griezmann, Dybala, etc.

Richarlison anyone? Can play across the front 3 and has an eye for a goal, I think he's a solid player and has a bright future.

Not a RW but a RWB, Elseid Hysaj would be a great addition to shore up the defense as well as the attack going forward. More importantly, no more Young.

I'm not sure Richarlison is a winger sort of player. He could play as a RF or LF but I don't think he can provide width which is what we require at the moment.

Pepe and Felix.... play Felix as a No. 10 behind Martial/ Rashford (LF) and Pepe/ James (RF) and width can be provided by the full backs.... I think diamond formation is what we should go with.

We need a top class fullback.

If we can't get Sancho, I think Malcolm ticks all the boxes. Looked really hungry and talented off the bench in the Copa Del Rey final. Good left foot, sticks to the right touchline and while he's not incredibly explosive 1 on 1 he does a lot of good things.

Barca need money, he's 22 and plays one of our problem positions.

There are the obvious one like Pepe and Sancho, plus Ziyech but Rebic would also be a smart signing at not a crazy price if Solskjear wants to press better from the front, have more pace on the counter and put in a shift as he is rapid, a battler that's not easily muscled of the ball, high workrate, has the ability to get 10-15 goals from either side of the wing, good balance, good dribbler, is comfortable of coming inside from the wing and also going down the byline.

If we can't sign Sancho, would you prefer Pepe or Chiesa over Dembele?

James is going to be our winger, we won’t be buying two.
Yes, but from whatever I've seen, James players on the left. Sighting recent YouTube videos. In a way makes sense - Rashford has moved up in the ST/CF department and we really have only Martial and Sanchez left, with the latter playing else where next season (hopefully). We are still very thin on the wings even if we bring James.
Unless Ole's plan is to play the 442 diamond and playing with wingers only now and then.

We can also look at Samuel Chukwueze as a potential option for the right. Very raw, doesn’t assist or score enough and final delivery can be improved. However, his upside is tremendous and is the kind of signings to put pressure on established players.

Given the options in the poll, Sancho is a no brainier. I would buy him and James as back up. Interestingly some people suggested Richarlison, I like him as a player although he is not an out and out winger but he can play anywhere in the frontline. His goals return is not bad either specially given the lack of goals in our team right now.

If we can't get Sancho. There are not too many top wingers available. I would prefer to play diamond formation and sign some quality midfielders and a No.10 like
Felix, Dybala, Fernandes, Havertz.

Chiesa is definitely a versatile forward that Ole is allegedly looking for. He’s also touted as available now. Get on in Ed!!

Would be the best signing we could make in attack not named Sancho IMO.

I hope to wake up one day soon and see a tweet from Di Marzio saying "Man Utd very close to closing deal for Federico Chiesa"

Yeah, I just hope we don’t hold off on Sancho for a year and deal with what we have now. That’s my real worry.

I’m with ya pal, fingers crossed!
