We might if Lukaku also leaves us. Not sure if he’s the best option though.
Would rather have Felix if you ask me, younger and IMO has a higher potential. Also we haven't had the best of luck with South Americans. Plus he said some nasty stuff about us in the past.
Dybala won't be a replacement for Lukaku. If Lukaku leaves we would need a proper striker, not a false 9 or #10. Because if we don't buy a striker, we will just have Rashford as a pure striker. All the other players we have are IMO better in a 2 striker system - Martial, Greenwood and even Lingard

He's the guy whose name always get mentioned by PES commentators whenever He receives the ball despite of him not being in a dangerous position.

Why would they sell?
All I know is that he was pant against Ajax in the first leg. He was really horrible and I think he was dropped for the second leg. He was still horrible when he came on too. I really don't fancy him.

Well the Pogba stories today explain this now
Growing possibility but it's really weird Juve would sacrifice losing one of the best fullbacks in the world even for Pogba.

If he’s not in Juventus’s Pogba offer we should be nowhere near them.
Summer of Herrera, Pogba and possibly De Gea all leaving, while club is left with Young, Jones with rewarding contracts sounds crazy enough... We better start acquiring cracking players like Cancelo and fast.

He actually made a very interesting season. The whole team collapsed in the last third of the season. If it wasn't for the major points gap, they would had lost the title with such an horrible form.

This guy turned world class overnight It seems. He’s a very good RB but I feel he is getting overrated on here. If I had the choice to pick between him and AWB I’d choose the later in a heartbeat.

This one is a much cheaper alternative. And we need to reinforce several positions.

And I feel like AWB is getting massively overrated on here.

Selling Cancelo and buying Trippier, they will make a net profit out of it, but Trippier is a massive downgrade on the pitch. Cancelo is one of the best fullbacks going forward. I guess they need some funds for Pogba and want to sell in a position they think wont hurt them much.

Cheaper? I see 60m figures thrown around.

AWB at the age of 21 was probably the best RB in the league alongside TAA last season.
Bissaka's definitely better defensively and at his age it's incredibly impressive, but with spending that 60m on Cancelo you would get CL experience at age of 24, ability to play both right & left side, not to mention superb technique and Cancelo being a proven winner in Portugal and Italy.

Ole's push for players with longevity means AWB could be a better choice, but it's hard to ignore Cancelo's class on the pitch.

At this point they're both worth of taking some financial risk and I hope we're getting one of them, or we're stuck with Young who's almost definitely staying for another year.

Why is he be linked with a move away from Juve?
What I can't understand is if he is as good as everyone makes out, why are Juve willing to let him go?
He is only there one season iirc

Saying that he did impress me when we played them in the CL this year. I'm just worried there is an injury concern or a change in the players attitude or something

Came here to ask the same: if he is so good, why are Juve ready to sell him?

my thoughts exactly

they seem quite keen - have to say the one time I watched Cancelo closely at Old Trafford he was superb for Juve

If this happens I will find it unbelievable. Kyle Walker is a TOP right back, how on earth is a £/€50mil alternative even possible!?

Always been impressed by him & given our need & his availability I’m concerned we haven’t been front of the queue; he’d play every game.

He's a much, much better player than AWB and miles better value.

He's not a top class full back though. There's a reason Juve are happy to lose him for such a meh fee.

Not to say he isn't also miles better than Meunier or the other cheaper options of course.

Di Marzio reckons we've asked Juventus about his availability. Don't know if it involves Pogba going the other way or if the two deals would be separate.

It is either him or AWB. I would take him over AWB, but not sure what is going on. Maybe we have just asked about his availability, since AWB may be too expensive.

Much as I love Cancelo, I would gladly sacrifice him to avoid going to any sort of table with Juve while they sniff around Pogba.

I'd rather he goes to Juve than Madrid. Juve actually have assets we could do with. Cancelo, Dybala etc.

Just out of interest but how many transfers does this Di Marzio guy actually call correctly? I'm not on about the obvious ones like Griezmann to Barca.

He’s good enough to come here and be our #7 let alone our #2. He’d be a better winger than what we currently have there.
