Anyone tried/been successful in moving seats?
I tried. No joy.
Was told they are prioritising ensuring the disabled fans are moved this season. Which is fair enough but not sure why it should affect people trying to move seats within non-disabled sections.

Anyone heard anything else?

They're moving people OUT of their original area and its becoming disabled seating.

So they are being given first dibs anywhere else before fans who just fancy a move

They are still moving some season tickets around for next season. I got a call and got the option to move within Stretford End, got myself a nicer seat. So might be worth calling for some people.

I got the call yesterday too.

Managed to move my season ticket from NW3427 to W201 which I'm happy about - worked out about £90 cheaper too.

Had you already paid for a season ticket and then got the call afterwards?

This would be a major change in policy, mine have come as late as the week before the season started before now, so don’t sit by the door waiting for the postman !!

Season ticket just arrived. That's about two months earlier than last season!
Wow, that is keen! I'll await mine with relish.

Anything interesting in there this year? Or is the usual, 10% off a drink twice a season type garb, and free year book that you have to fetch on a matchday.

Nothing as exciting as a discount voucher book, that you'll never remember to use - I think all the "get there early" discount offers are now built in at the kiosks, can't see any mention of them being with the yearbook or anything.

The free yearbook is a "to be collected" again. The ticket card does come with the neat little credit/travel card wallet (same as couple of years ago) a badge and a pen. No surprises really, but nice to see them ship them out early. The last minute thing always irritated me.

Yeah it was bloody irritating, and for no reason.

The free drinks were great, but then they changed it to discounts which personally I found rubbish, as my mate always knew I had them, so in effect I paid the same as he'd get his free

The only time I have ever bought anything from the kiosks inside the ground was when it was buy one get one free, then again I was that tight I would hang around the front for someone without a voucher and ask him to use my voucher to get me a pie, I’m not paying over £3 for a lukewarm pie !!

The membership packs were the same last year , I had to get a paper ticket printed last season for the Leicester game because the card hadn’t arrived in time even though the money was taken out the 1st week in June.

Anyone still on Vacation in August and wants to help a person who will only have this chance to watch a match live all season with tickets for the Chelsea game (2 but I can do 1 too)?

What's the easiest way for someone coming from abroad to get a couple tickets to a match? I'm planning to come sometime in August or September (at least prior to Brexit). The Chelsea match is on my birthday, but may try for Palace, Leicester, or Arsenal.

I dont know if there is anyone who could help/advise me, but I’m going to London in september and I would like to purchase a couple of tickets to the game between West Ham and Manchester United.

I read on their webpage that they sale the tickets to members first and then if there is anything left for the rest of us.

Does someone know a relible webpage where I could buy tickets or do we have a West Ham member on this forum that could help me?

Any information will help!!

There will be Palace and Leicester tickets in the initial sale - the website will have them on the 1st July. Be prepared for a frustrating wait and maybe a couple of crashes as the server gets busy - but persist, you should be able to get them if you do it that day.

At a guess, the Arsenal and Chelsea matches will go to ballot. Basically you register your interest for those but you won't find out if you're getting them until about three weeks before the match.

Thanks! I assumed as much for Arsenal and Chelsea.

Forget about getting a ticket in the away end - if you are happy to sit in the home end then your best option is to become a West Ham member

Are there any games in November that definitely wont get rescheduled?
Won't know until, the 2nd batch of TV games are out for sure, plus Europa League of course, but the home games would both go to Sunday.

Sat Nov 2 Bournemouth A
Sat Nov 9 Brighton H
Sat Nov 23 Sheffield United A
Sat Nov 30 Aston Villa H

7 November: Group stage, matchday four
28 November: Group stage, matchday five

Thank you very much for that - appreciate it.

Will look for another match to travel over for - am looking to get to a game or two before end of 2019, and need to book it in advance to fly over etc.

Finally got my season ticket through the post.

You get a small black box. You pull one side of it and you get a black wallet, pen and a pin badge. As you are pulling it the other side opens up and it and shows me my gold season ticket card.

Plus you get a voucher to goto the ticket office to get the year book. I wont be getting mine as it would depress me.

No beer and pie vouchers for 2 years in a row now. After the shit we went through last year i kinda expected a nice little gift like a scarf or something. I'll just have to setting for instagram, twitter feeds etc from Rashord, Lingard and Pogba i guess :houllier:

When we were at Wembley a couple of years back (I can't remember if it was for the League Cup final or the Charity Shield) there were United bags on the seats on arrival. Red or white plastic bags, because they were to hold up in the air to do a mural, and inside was treasure - a free scarf! I was delighted, it was like Christmas. We may even have won the match. Every now and again I think maybe they'll do it at OT, perhaps for the first game of the season. :D

Anyone got a date for when the August tv moves will take place?
Good to see Chelsea was moved from the off. It helps!

Presuming all of the 6 games after Europa dates will become Sundays? But can they become Mondays? The Villa one can't in late November, as we play Tottenham the next midweek, but the rest could do?

I was due to go with a mate to this one, but he dropped out on the day, so had to go alone.
In our row, the gang next to me, were in the wrong seats, but I was fine on the end so didn't bother pointlessly ushering them all down one.

But because of this I missed out on my mate's scarf, as someone else presumed it was a free seat down the line. Whoops. Slow to act that day!
