I would like to keep him as far away from everything I love as possible.

No thanks.

I think he’ll end up at Madrid and PSG will take Pogba.

Talented player but is also an off the field diva. Think he has fallen out of love because he ain't the top boy at psg with mbappe taking the crown. Would I want him here... One his day he is unplayable but I don't think the style of the league the weather and everything else would suit. Better off letting him move elsewhere and finding the next big thing

Made a new thread as this seems to be a landmark development. The PSG chairman has just come out and indirectly referred to him and said he can leave if the right offer comes in.

Now there’s only a few clubs who could afford him. Real wouldn’t be able to after how much they’ve spent this summer, even if they haven’t spent much in the last 5 years. It leaves us and Barca, I can imagine Ed is salivating at the thought of pulling this off. He’s tried for him before, I can’t see him not going all out for him now.

Would anyone be against signing him?
Guess PSG choose Mbappe over him as their primadonna.

We should stay well away from him. One of the few players that would make this club even more dysfunctional.

Good, hopefully the greedy little shit serves as an example. No one will take up his wages and this is what happens when talent goes to your head. You're a football player, get the feck over yourself. Probably to much to hope he sits in the reserves

He’ll stay at PSG, play, score loads of goals....feck all will change after these tweets. He’s just pissed psg are giving Mbappe a new contract and psg know they don’t have to give him one because nobody can afford him

It's either back to Barcelona or bust. I

think Barca is the best move for him and the club they will atleast have a partial replacement for Messi and neither Coutinho, Dembele or Malcolm have had better seasons then Neymar's best in Spain.

I don't want him now. Feck it, if PSG won't stand for diva behaviour and will sell players like that we should just tell Mbappé to go on TV dressed and talking like conor mcgregor :drool::drool:
 I have the feeling that these statements about Neymar (assuming he refers to Neymar) complicate even more our fantasies with Mbappé

You have problems coming up with a fair offer for Pogba, how in the world would you buy Mbappe? They don't want to sell, they have more money than you, he already cost huge money, he'd probably not leave for less than 250m.

He'd break so many records in the PL.

Most yellow cards for diving
Most time spent AWOL
Most sisters shagged

The last one would stand for ever, unless Macclesfield Town ever get promoted up the leagues.

A fair offer for Pogba is really open to interpretation. ;)

No one in world football can afford Neymar apart from city. And Newcastle new owners should they takeover. Not even Madrid unless they sell bale, rodriguez and a few others to fund his transfer think PSG will be looking for 200m plus for him.

Neymar only left barcelona as he was dying in the shadows or Messi. And wanted to try and win ballon d'or and knew it would never happen at Barcelona while messi was their.

Neymar is better then ever single player we have at moment. I sell the whole team to be able to buy him. Selling Lukaku, Paul Pogba still will not bee enough to fund his transfer.

Can't fault PSG for wanting to move on without him. He costs them an immense amount of wages without totally justifying it on the pitch. They hoped to win the CL with him and it hasn't worked out at all.
they not won because he been very unlucky with injuries so far Two season in a row his miss last sixteen match against us last year and Madrid the year before.

They guy can not stay fit at the moment

The Philosophy.
PSG willing to move on Neymar whilst we keep the likes of Phil Jones.

Pep was totally after him when he was about to leave Brazil. City could afford him, especially if Sane leaves for big money. Would also make sense position-wise. That team could become frightingly good with Neymar in there. A player of that category is what they've been lacking so far.

Yeah Barca in a Coutinho + cash move I guess.
If that should happen, I reckon it would be Dembele and not Coutinho since the former is French and Tuchel is the one who got the best out of him at Dortmund.

Only way this would ever happen is in a swap deal for Pogba. Even then I don’t see Neymar wanting a move to United.

I can see him going back to Barca or signing for City.

Barca can sell Coutinho and Dembele. And City could sell Sane and Jesus to afford Neymar.

Real Madrid could have been his destination before signing Hazard, Jovic, etc.

I'd take him. Still a magician on the pitch.
He’s fecking lethal. I think people are getting a bit carried away with not wanting him. Think 99% of clubs would happily take him.. cause, you know, he’s quite clearly world class.

Khelaifi gives into exorbitant wage demands and inflates the market with signings like Neymar. Then complains about "superstar behavior". Pretty stupid when part of it is his own fault. I mean, a bit of a cuddle from Ole already has the likes of Rashford getting a swollen head, what to speak of genuinely talented players like Neymar who are offered huge wages by PSG?

The superstar culture and cliques will continue so long as PSG inflate the market. To curb it, they need to do it smart like City, who spend big but recruit lesser names (like B Silva, De Bruyne, Sterling, the 100 odd FBs they signed...) who are almost as good but not "marketable" when they were signed.

I’d imagine Woody would want to sign him - once here, he will pull a “Di Maria” and run to Real or Barca next year once either of them can buy him at a cut price.

Eh? Most of them are hardly similar cases. Transfers don't work out for several reasons and each player is different. The only two players on that list we definitely shouldn't have tried out were Falcao and Schweinsteiger as they had a very unfavorable injury record and were unlikely to produce.
How about Sanchez? He was in the last year of his contract and we exchanged mikhi for him, a player we could have sold for 25-30m. On top of that we made him the highest earner in PL and one of the most highest earners in world football. He was a flop before we even signed him.

It’s like an open secret at this stage. They have very close relationship let’s just say. I mean it’s definitely strange.
I know Neymar is unlikable these days. But this kind of rumours is what people define as "Taking it too far". :nono:
