Harvey Elliot has left Fulham according to people on Big Soccer forum. We should try to sign him, very good talent.

I'm interested in Matt O'Riley. Watched a few of his performances and is kind of like Pogba in playstyle in that he's a big guy playing the #8 position. Read that he had a falling out with Fulham over some agent stuff. He's kind of just been kept at reserve level.

You can see a bit of his quality in these goals (start at 1:37)

So let's just do a triple raid at Fulham then. Sess, Elliot and O'Riley.

I’ve seen this on an England forum. That he’s their best young player and they’re angry that Elliot was promoted in a cynical attempt to get him to sign on, as they see it.

Don’t think he’s been capped by England at any level though. Not that its definitive proof of anything but the name seems to have come from leftfield.

Is there any recent news on his possible movements? I remember last season there was lots of scouts (particularly German) at Fulham youth matches but all has been quiet since then.

He was also mentioned by the german sporting director on the next wave of English talent.

I assume the EFL cup we'd be officially entering as Man Utd U23s? So if a u23 player played in the cup it wouldn't be considered his debut for Utd?

Who all have signed in the youth teams so far?

Been linked to plwnty.
We've signed a very promising 16 year old winger from Amiens in France called Noam Emeran along with Dillon Hoogewerf from Ajax who is a forward and is also 16. Both very highly rated.

Just seen Will Vint being named in the squad for the Milk Cup. Could point to him coming back once he turns 18. Will be interesting if he'll prefer to return and play u23s football when he is already playing senior football in the USL.

False alarm. Think it is last years squad.

So is this Mejia kid any good? I'm assume you've seen or heard about him on your many scouting trips to youth tournaments all over the world.

Haven't seen him unfortunately, Real Zaragoza don't often go to big international tournaments so can't comment on him I'm afraid...
Do you know if he's going to be in our u18 team? Whenever we sign them at 16 I feel like we usually stick them in the u18 but I'd like your confirmation to be sure.

Speaking of big tournaments, are there any in England or more specifically the London area? I always hear about the likes of the Milk Cup, Dallas Cup, Otten Cup etc. but none of them are ever in England.

I think he's an attacking midfielder. He doesn't play for Malmo he plays for Husie but we actually have another lad coming on trial from Malmo the same week who is a striker named Lucas Gomes
Lucas Gomes has signed for FC Porto. Last I heard, Rines Arifi has had another trial at United but don't know if it's any progress. He still plays U16 football in Sweden which isn't promising although he scored four goals in their last game.
