I doubt a club will just pump a one time windfall into transfers. That sounds a bit reckless. I'd guess they will rather use it to handle their debt and build their new stadium (that's still an ambition, right?) without bleeding out on the sporting side.
The stadium is supposed to be a separate investment.

So far one Berlin newspaper claims they'll invest 80% into transfers, which sounds a bit extreme even if it's spread out over a few years. Another one claims they'll go for debt reduction first which is what they did when KKR was still around.

So, Lars Windei is still a thing? If I were a Hertha supporter; I'd probably take those announcements with a truck full of salt or two:D

Bundesliga's freshly released fixture list seems a bit unfortunate. In the season where most people are probably hoping to see Bayern's dominance interrupted for a year the DFL handed them six home games after CL fixtures, while their closest rivals, Dortmund and Leipzig, both have six away matches.
Schalke probably won't be very happy as well, having to open the season in Gladbach and then hosting Bayern, potentially putting Wagner under some early pressure.

I've glossed over the seasons since the Dortmund:Bayern rivalry got reignited with Klopp's first title win.

Highlighted in gray are the seasons where Dortmund were expected to pose a real threat to Bayern beforehand - 11/12 and 12/13 after Dortmund won the league, 13/14 after Dortmund made the CL final and the upcoming season.

And you know what, the DFL handed Dortmund and Leipzig six home games before their CL fixtures, while Bayern has six away games.

Where did I talk about conspiraces?
Your usage of the word „handed“. The league „handed“ Bayern the home games was how you put it.
I am sure you were equally mad when it was the exact opposite way last season and Dortmund had all the home fixtures after their CL games while Bayern had to travel.

Then we can say the DFL handed Dortmund the league but they threw it away

The fixture list isn't radnomized, it's created by people at the DFL, "handed" seems ike the appropiate word to me?!

On the other hand you use "mad" when I#m just listing a bunch of facts.. why? All I did was list the away game distribution during recent seasons.
