Great to see this lad and McTomminay putting the graft in before the pre-season begins. I hope Shaw has been taking care of himself as last summer he was harboring a couple of t*tties if I remember.

So is the squad starting training tomorrow, or are players just supposed to report in for a team meeting?
I'm a bit puzzled as looking at some photos and videos that have been posted online, most of the team isn't back in Manchester yet. Or am I wrong to assume that?

Most of the players are due to report back today for medical tests and such, to test their physical condition before the start of the new season. Unless they have been given an extended break, most of the players will be back in Manchester over the course of the week. While pre-season has officially started today, I expect most of the actual physical training will start when we go to Australia at the end of the week.
I really want Martial to crack on this year. He can do it, he just needs to get his head in the game (I also believe our slow transition from defence to attack hindered every one of our players)

That just goes to show he wants to leave.
If he was a real pro he would’ve shown up at 3 in the morning cutting grass and setting up cones on the Carrington pitch.
Most of the players who were photographed weren't called up by their national team bar Lingard, Dalot and a few others.

The tail end of last season is still very raw to me.
I still remember how the "lads" performed against Cardiff, Everton & Huddersfield, they are all still in the dog house house in my opinion.

Tough day, 6 hours and an hour & a half for lunch.
Yeah but it's not 6 hours sat at a desk like me and you is it?
Most people work about 8 hours, and get 30 min lunch. Plus they get paid more that 50 times less.

So are there any interviews or press conferences expected to happen soon? I'm itching to hear what the mood around the club and the dressing room is, what Ole thinks of doing on pre-season and all that jazz.

I do always wonder what I would be like if I had that amount of money hitting my bank account every week. Like even though I am fairly comfortable when it comes to money, I still balk at a t shirt costing more than 20 quid.
