Cynical view. The romantic one is that we put Marvel's beloved Heroes on top.
It truly has been an amazing journey since 2008, the 1st Iron Man and first MCU movie, a movie with moderate expectations that grew into the biggest franchise of all time including the highest-grossing film of all time.
Iron man came out at the same time as The Dark Knight and its hard to believe that Marvel would end up wiping the floor with DC
Blame Snyder and his joyless style.
Avengers doing that in probably third time of Avatar is crazy. Not only that, but Avatar was released around a time with much less competition compared to EndGame.

Avatar 2 needs a better story than 1 to beat avengers. It will have the initial hype but doesn't have the first time round gimmick of 3D

3D gimmick? What the actual feck. The 3D in Imax alone was worth the money. The film was bog standard but I would go to watch it again in 3D. Probably give Avengers Endgame a miss in the cinemas though.

You'll have to forgive RiP. His Fisto Master Blaster 5000 has worn out after repeated use and he's had to resort to using his smaller 10 inch backup one whilst he waits for the other to be repaired.
It was terrible, the 3d glasses were uncomfortable made the experience even more shite on top of looking like a twat while wearing them.
