Di Marzio adding some sauce

Lukaku at Inter is now a matter of hours, the player will arrive in Italy already in the evening. Manchester United now runs against time looking for two strikers. The released Fernando Llorente remains a concrete goal, but the thrust of the last hours could also be done for the Spanish striker Inaki Williams of Athletic Bilbao. Next 24 decisive hours, looking for a double hit all in Spanish sauce for the Red Devils.

I would take Inaki than no one.

He is a good player of course, fits Ole's style. But he wouldnt be my first option and he is too expensive.

I'd actually take him as a forward for around £40m. But club Athletic are notorious for wanting a players buyout, so I find this unlikely unless they're willing to negotiate a fee.

I thought I watched enough but I think I need to watch more Spanish football. I have never heard of him.

Bloody hell, they wasted no time putting that together.

He looks sharp in that video, however I've never seen him play live so it's hard for me to judge his talent properly. He also seems to operate mainly from the left?

That's a lot of money for someone with a "pretty good" strike rate who isn't going to get much better.

He's not an €88m player.
Of course he isn't, but Bilbao likely would struggle to replace him, that is why it is high. Some of their latest renewals the players have foregone their clauses as they do not want to leave the club.

How is this guy in anyway reliable when it comes to us now ? He spaffed his load and was wrong. Twice.

quite surprised many dont know him. He is a starter for a few years now
And Dybala no ??
Dybala he got right. We were negotiating with him and Juve, but pulled out/got rejected. He never said it was done or will happen, only that we need to agree with dybala, which we didnt respectively we pulled out of the deal because of question marks over his motivations

Surely this is nonsense he’s not worth anything like the buyout which is only way he would be sold and much better options.

I can see us getting Llorente or even Mandzukic but this transfer would make zero sense.
