Fabinho's forehead
Makes me sick, those clowns fecked up their industry and the economy so wander off and start fecking up other industries, I wouldnt brake if he was crossing the street in front of me.
I would throw foods at him even if I just bought them and haven't even taken a single bite.

Fuming.

No he is not. He is also our DoF and badly sucks at it since the first day.
Depends on perspective. Glazers love him, still got a job after 5th, 2x6th and a 7th position finish in the last 7 years.

People judging the transfer activity by the net spend... really? Our net spend with Jose was 302 million and what did that get us?

Overall, our transfer business has been okay this summer. Ole wants to include the youngsters so we cannot simply keep on bringing more players when we have a crop of players that need shipping out and the youngsters awaiting their chance. This is a build-up process and it will take time.

We had an issue with RB, we got a brilliant 21-year-old talent.
We had an issue with CB, we got one of the best english defenders currently.
We needed more pace on the wings, we got James who looks a raw but interesting prospect.

We had to offload our most expensive and yet most useless striker, we also did that AND at a very good price.
Replacing him this window would be the ideal option but we also have a crop of young forwards (Rashford, Martial, Greenwood) and we also have Sanchez, who on his day can still contribute more than Lukaku. Let's trust Ole's vision in mixing youth and experience this season, we will never find out how good our youngsters are unless we give them a proper chance.

Last year we did a nice run with the same squad that we are dissing today and had top 4 within our reach till WE bottled it, this season we have a better preparation with Ole and the team, we got youngsters getting more game time. It is just too early to judge our transfer window.
We needed more investment. Once again they've failed to deliver. If you can't see that then I can't help you.

Even if by some random miracle our youth players come good. The transfer business under the Glazers and under Woodward in particular has been a joke.

This is what backing the manager means. Imagine if city's board had told Pep after the first season we would not allow you to buy a GK because you already have bravo or stick with danilo.

No matter who the manager is they would never be as successful here with this setup.

How do you see our squad last season and decide shipping two of our best players without replacements and spending net of 50mil is the solution.

Also who's fecking idea is it to put Woody in charge of hiring the guy who's replacing him. What kind of fecked up business decision is that.

I actually believe in Ole and to see him given this bullshit of a summer is heartbreaking. They all speak of long-term but we all know if were lying in 7th in January it will be him who gets axed not Woodward.

What the feck are we doing - trying to do business on the last day of the window? I mean Mandzukic wasn’t ever going to be super expensive or that hard to get. We knew Inter were eventually going to sign Lukaku, so why leave replacing him until the last minute.

Pointless to compare. City have oil wells funding their spending.

Absolute masterclass from Woodward and the owners...despite spending little, when we needed big steps for this ‘rebuild’, the stadium will be full every week and the merch will still sell. Many fans will convince themselves that some preseason fitness work and youth players/Championship signings are the key to a long rebuild, that will take years and Ole will need time and we have to be patient and we can’t judge for 3 years, with the odd signing thrown in to be used as evidence that they are trying...all whilst the money men sit pissing themselves at how they’ve manipulated a fan base yet again.

De Gea contract renewal will likely be dropped over the next couple of days and briefings of high agent fees/wages scuppering deals, just compounding that it’s all a PR manipulation.

I think Woodward is doing exactly what he’s told to do...having a few tweets or posts being called “incompetent” won’t even register...he’s being paid handsomely for being the public face of it but they don’t care as long as the club is generating money for them all. It’s obvious and will continue.

so we are starting this season with a weaker midfield and attack than last season. We have failed to replace Herrera or Lukaku.

Job well done Woodward. What an absolute Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime.

City have unlimited oil wealth and owners who are happy in to invest their wealth to make them the best in world. Can't expect every big club to spend 200 mil on fullbacks. I agree that the Glazers are not investing, but City are playing FM with a unlimited budget. There is no competing with them when it comes to investment.

Why does it seem like there are a umber of almost parody accounts supporting Ed and the Glazers

Every one sings the same tune, from either another owner could be worse, to supporting Woody's decsisons due to no value or whatever reason Ed decides.

The supporters of Utd look on in dismay as all other clubs seems to have direction and act reasonably swiftly, this window sums up the ongoing problem at the club. No direction either from the owners or more particularly from a power mad CEO/DOF who doesn't value the football side of the club as he should. No matter if there is a late rushed signing, this is a disgraceful summer where the midfield and attack are ignored and the club appears weaker than last season. The weasel that is Woodward is seeing the team drift and it is a disgrace given the financial resources and every commentator acknowledges that this is a significant issue for a club that should be in the top 5 globally.

We should do whatever we can to get him out of this club.
Agreed, he cannot continue any longer.

This is not a reflection on this window only, but the past windows where we have made rubbish signings. Enough is enough.

Trimming the wage bill, a low net spend, all season tickets sold means Woodward is doing his job in line with what the owners want. They’ll be hoping to win Europa or scrape back into top 4 and that’s it.

Maybe we are leaving it until the last minute as Woody thinks the squad is good enough or even worse we waited so the money can go back in the Glazer's pockets. Hate leaving transfer business until the last day so Woody can come out with some excuse like "Well we tried and were after play x,y and z. But run out of time" when we actually weren't, to make himself still look good in the eyes of some supporters.

This absolutely vermin should be ran out of the club, all talk and no action and we have sunk to the lowest we have been in 30+ years under this idiot.

Time to start protesting against him and the Glazers starting from Sunday, they shouldn't be allowed back into Old Trafford anymore

Perfect example, Sean Longstaff.. we put one bid in and it got rejected. That was the end of it.

Maguire - put a early bid got rejected and it looked like we wont sign anyone until Inter / Juve starting fighting over Lukaku and Ed realised I can get £70m here so lets get Maguire done.

Now we are looking to sell Rojo for £25m which will offset half of Wan Bissaka and If Zaha gets a transfer, James's cost will be offset.

We will have the lowest net spend in the top 6 possibly top 8 and 2 of the clubs either had a £45m budget and a transfer ban.

It's the Glazers, not Woodward. He is still in his job to this Day, Even when the club has been failing horribly ever since he came in charge.

We have owners Who have No clue about football, and Who sees us as a Cash cow. I wouldn't trust Them to find a replacement for Woodward, it would just be more of the same. Profit is the key for the Glazers.

I mean I agree the Glazers are awful bu we could have won the league with half the money we've spent in the last 6 years. It's the fact it's in the hands of Woodward that we're shite.

Hu sucks in his job. He is slow, overpaying players and can't sell player but Glazers give money.
I think that they said "you have 100 mil this window plus money from selling players".

If he comes back complaining about running out of time it needs to be rammed home to him that it was he who dicked around all summer going on holiday and deliberately wasting time.

He basically thinks the entire fan base are a bunch of insignificant worthless morons.

Rojo, Valencia, Herrera, Lukaku, Fellaini wages removed off the wage bill in the last 9 months; Mata signed up on reduced wages and a laptop to write his blog; Maguire, Wan Bissaka and James in for a net spend of £44m.

The Glazers and the bean counters will be happy.

The way the transfer window is gone, it seems £100m overall inc selling players.

Maguire - £80m
James - £15m
AWB - £50m

Total Spent - £145m

Lukaku - £ 70m
Rojo - £25m

Total - £95m

Net spend - £55m

If you disagree, I put this scenario.

We always looked to sell Lukaku and Rojo this summer so Ed knew he would get approx £80m in.

We haven't been linked with anyone else this summer.

Well, in his defence, fans believed in his bs about not signing players who really really really really don't want to be here. It will be his excuse in future for every player.

It's pretty obvious we won't be appointing a director of football anytime soon as that would mean we would have to be seen to investing properly.

The rest of the money was Dybala or Longstaff. But he failed in that.

Dybala? He was never a target. He only became an option because of Lukaku swap, and everyone at the club knew Dybala was never coming.

Longstaff, why not go for him? we put one bid and never went back, I am sure £30-35 would have got him. But we will never know.

If we have a poor start to the season, the blame should solely lie towards his doorstep, not Ole.
