The defending in the MLS isnt great. They have some good attackers there though. Pavon is too good for that league, he will tear it up, should have come to Europe. Had a but if a shit year at Boca and his stock has fallen. Him and Barco are wasting their talent, but i guess the money is decent

In his mind he believes he is the best player in the world and I absolutely LOVE that about him. He never lacks confidence and for a big man his technique and ability is fantastic. I hope to see him in MLS for a few years. I would love for him to be at least 30 again. Legend.

That move shocked me. He was linked to Porto for a while. He no doubt is too good for MLS but the truth are they are doing a brilliant job of attracting South Americans talent. They used to only get the big names similar to what China is doing to get people to go to the game but they have now moved away from that and are attracting a lot of good talents. It’s great for the league and will make it better though if someone like Zlatan or a Ronaldo is available it is a no brainer to get them.

He's open to a return in November. I think he'd be a good option. Don't see Martial or Rashford going through the season without injuries/loss of form.

I'd definitely take him back. Can still do a job and a decent stop gap.

6th last time he was here. So obviously we will be fighting for mid table now he is older & even slower, if that is possible. Can you imagine him with Pep or Klopp. No, neither can I.

We need a clinical striker, an ice cold killer, a goal-scoring machine. Yes, we need him, old and all. Make him score a goal, Rashford the second, then sub him. I'd also buy RVN in a heartbeat if he was still around, or Pizarro.

Great player, massive twat.
He may be a bit too agressive on the pitch sometimes, but he isnt a twat. He actually comes off as a really smart and noble man on most interviews, its just that on top of that he's also sarcastic and funny, so he loves trolling people for whatever reason.

Despite his age he would be a great signing for the bench. Fantastic athlete, fantastic professional, would be an excellent target man to help us break down the Palaces of the world and would be a good role model to the younger players breaking through too.

Very much this. Will be a sad day indeed when he hangs up his boots

Seems like the biggest tap in since Ronaldo being available when leaving Real Madrid - of course we wont do it though

Cant do worse than our current attackers. Half a season to remove som pressure from Rashfords shoulders, and buy a new attacker in the summer

No white text?
I know right? As a target man he'll offer more than Rashford and all those crosses James has been putting in but no one has been there to tap them in? Ibrahimovic would be the man to duly assist there as well. Would also give a massive lift to the changing room have his personality back around the place as well

He's looking a bit over weight there.

Middle aged spread.

You guys are being sentimental. He is physically done I can tell you this. Even a 30 percent ibra would be better than rash but hes at 5 percent of his level.

It makes so much sense to bring him back. We are not going to win the league, everyone knows that, but he can help us get closer to the top 4. He will also do a great job on and off the pitch. A no brainer imo.

He’s confident to the point of arrogance and we could use a little of that right now. Worth a signing if only to piss off the forwards to prove him wrong.

Has confirmed on his Instagram that he's moving back to Spain. Fingers crossed it's UD Almeria though and not La Liga. What? I can dream

Can't quite figure it out.

Barca maybe? they could do with a CF and he might feel unfinished business there.

Atletico? They've got Costa and Morata already

Real? Benzema, Jovic not really pulling up any trees yet.

Will be interesting to see where he ends up.
