There wasn't a thread yet for the totally most important UEFA competition this season?

Quite like our group. Sporing and PSV should be heavy favorites. Braga have a tough group but could for sure go through.

United could play there U-23 team and win that group. In all seriousness perfect games to give the kids valuable experience.

Oh also really like Portos group. Ibrox and De Kuip are going to be exciting to play in.

Bratislava having to play two games behind closed doors one of which will be our game, unless they win their appeal.

Red Card for Casemiro!
Looking at the names in those draws, and it is very underwhelming compared to previous seasons, isn't it? Bookies seem to have this order:

Man United
Arsenal
Sevilla
Wolves
Roma
Lazio
Porto

Wolves will cause us problems, but other clubs seem to find it easy to beat them and they're not realistic challengers. With a firing front three, our defence and Pogba, I'd fancy us against all the names on that list.

Given that it gives us CL, surely Ole will be taking this seriously?

Once it gets to the nitty gritty of the competition it will be taken seriously, I guess they expect to get out of the group stage without too many issues then see whose left.

There's still the teams coming from the CL to think about too. You never know, could get a giant CL team finishing 3rd in their group somehow.

Would love to win it again (Porto fan). Reckon we can do it with a bit of luck with the draws.

From the moment EL victory earns an UCL spot, I don't think second tier leagues like ours will have a chance to win it anytime soon, unless the top clubs involved in this competition already have their UCL spot secured by league position.

PSV is going to rinse us. Will take a draw considering how shite we currently are.

Exactly - Bayer and Inter all could come in. With bit of unfortunate reasons, it could be even Dortmund or Napoli or Lyon

Bad move from Varandas: sacks the manager and doesn't bring a new one to take advantage of the "chicotada psicológica" effect.
If the idea was to emulate Benfica "success" with Bruno Lage, that was rather the exception than the norm, since usually intern managers pretty much do underwhelming results.

There's a chance. Last year Chelsea and Arsenal made it to the final and they are beatable on a good day. Besides they tend to underestimate other teams especially away from home. But of course it Will always depend how the draw goes.

The best move Varandas could do is drink a cup of bleach or step down as President. One or the other would be a step in restoring Sporting.

Does anyone know any good streaming sites for tonights game? I am in class so instead of paying attention in my lecture I want to see PSV go balls deep on Sporting.

Our clubs still need a good day, simply because their best players are in another level when compared with our reality. But in the end of the day, motivation might be a key to win this, and those players are probably more motivated for Champions League football.

If you have the patience to close all the pop-ups, myp2p continues to be a reliable source for streaming.

For some reason I cant get that site to work for me. I tend to use Strikeout soccer streams but if that site is not working I have no back up option.
