Do Liverpool fans want Salah dropped for taking many shots? Son is also a player constantly shooting.
if they shoot and miss instead of giving a teammate a tap in and the team the win they would, he gets away with it because Spurs tens to be so much better then most, same with Salah

the secret organisation that go round chasing people who are mean to St. Harry of Kane, for he is God and passing the ball to a teammate that has a tap in when you can shoot into 5 defenders is what gutless wimps do
Do you mean Spurs fans? You can just say it

So Kane does that every week then?

I would do no such thing, I'm just intrigued because I didn't know Leicester/Spurs rivalry was a thing.
A lot of Spurs fans got very Salty that we stole "their" title

the only people that have said that are United fans, they have different attributes, but all things being equal Vardy would be my pick to lead the line for a team because he does more of what I want in a striker, the stupid thing was they could, so easily, have played together for England, given Kane's tendency to drop deep

ok you're not worth replying to as you clearly don't actually pay attention when Vardy plays if all you think he has is pace

Not me. I'm still a bit miffed that Southgate seemed to think he could fit Kane into the system England played at the World Cup. Should have gone with a 3-4-3 with Sterling, Vardy and Rashford as the front three against Croatia. And remember, England would probably have made the final if Kane had just squared it to Sterling here instead of shooting...
Wasn’t he offside anyway?

When did I say all he has is pace?

He is quicker than Kane. Is he better in the air? Better at set pieces? Better at finishing? Better at holdup or link play? No. So please tell me what he does better.

Yeah the problem was that Vardy was shite for England whenever he got the chance and scored 1 in 4, so nobody was starting him for that reason.

Oh and anybody with half a brain knows Kane is in a different league entirely to Vardy. You're comparing a bloke who can hit 40 in all comps when he's on it, to a good Pl level striker who is at his level, an upper midtable club who had a single fluke season.

It's not. None of our fans I have ever met give a single feck about Leicester, nor have I ever encountered a single Spurs fan who thinks they 'stole' our title (we finished 3rd .. and they clearly deserved it).

@Jimmy Skitz Is just coming off as being weirdly bitter about a club who most Spurs fans don't think about unless we're about to play them. Maybe because Leicester don't have any genuine rivals in the Prem their fans feel the need to invent some?

Vardy is a way better player than kane will ever be. Kane is a one trick pony who really produces very little after tap ins and pens

I've got to admit, over the past few years Vardy has impressed me a lot.

I really like his playing style and his commitment when he plays. Very good goal scoring record in the past 4 seasons too.

I actually think he is underrated by the majority of football fans.

Who would you guys say is similar to Vardy in that sense? Whoever it is, I'd love for us to sign a player matching that profile.

He really is a great player. I've always only seen him as a very good, hard working player. But he's better than that.

Averaged nearly 20 Premier League goals a season over the last 4 seasons

3 of the last 4 seasons he’s finished in the top 5 for highest league goal scorers

He’s one of the leagues best strikers that’s for sure

Vardy is a very good striker. I think Vardy might actually be a better tool to have in a team than Kane because he gives a team a few more options in attack.

The thing is, Kane is very good, no question, but he lacks pace, and so he doesn't stretch teams quite so often, and as the guy expected to be usually furthest forward, this can be mean Spurs can look a bit predictable at times. At time, Spurs have done better without him in the team, and I don't think that is coincidental.

If Liverpool had the option of either (ignoring age) I would have gone with Vardy because pace is such a weapon, especially against top sides.

He's got a wicked reptilian greed for goals. See that effort at Sheffield Utd last week. Blasted it home with his wrong foot then cupped his ears in front of the home crowd, lapping up the hate and relishing the goal. We need someone just like that.

Gotta respect a player like him who stayed loyal to the club that plucked him from non-league football and made him the star that he is. At Leicester he's the main guy. At a bigger club it would probably be more like his England career. Sub appearances with the odd start...

I'd have loved him at United.
Scores a lot of goals with a good few of them being excellent goals.

Premier League winner, relentless appetite for goals and an absolute pain in the backside for defenders. He would score 20+ goals for any of the top 6 and is under-rated by many.

Best leave them alone, they'll soon take over this place if given attention
Wait till he realises Vardy has scored more penalties in the league over the last couple of seasons, and also scores less from outside the box.

Then he'll feel silly.
