Looking at my team and I've got mixed feelings about it. Kelce falling that much to the end of the second round really screwed my envisaged strategy, and idem ditto for Damien Williams and Melvin Gordon.

Some exciting players though and I got most of my late round sleepers, so looking forward to the season. Hopefully Gordon gets traded or goes back to the Chargers but I'm not particularly optimistic about that one.

@Jagga7 I absolutely love your team. Chubb, Michel, Adams and Diggs as the first four picks with Lamar Jackson as a late round QB - those are exactly the kind of players I'm targetting most of the times.

Should be good if Michel is actually the starting RB but who know's with NE and the severity of his knee problems.

Most under prepared draft I've ever done and it shows. Ended up with two RB's in the first two rounds and you could argue they might both end up being risks. IMO Bell was the best RB in the league before sitting out last season but he's been out a year and is returning with the Jet's, completely different system and style to what he had in Pittsburgh. I like James Conner as my RB2 as long as he stays our number one he'll score well.

Not even sure what to say about my WR's. First time in fantasy history I haven't had a sure fire stud. I think the last three or four seasons I've had one of OBJ or Julio Jones every single time.

My team could be brilliant or end up being a disaster

57 points on the bench and Hill injured. Typical atrocious start for me

I had 3 players go off due to injuries, my WR1 is out for a while, no timeline on my RB1.. And, did I mention I had 57 points on the bench! The worst start possible.

Just waiting for Wentz to get injured now.

Always nice to start the season with a W - can enjoy Watson's performance tonight in peace

Yeah go on rub it in!! Don't forget there were 57 points rotting on the bench!! And 3 injuries.

Doubt you'll have such a lucky week where everything goes your way

Also, think D Williams will have a big season along with the Chiefs offense.

I'd say that's bad coaching instead of bad luck, exploit your matchups better next time :p

Don't think everything went my way either - I still have Lutz and Watson so will likely end up around 130 points or so which is right up there with the best teams this week.

If only! Whoever I pick will probably suck.

Also, never really expected to win this week anyways but those 50 odd points on the bench sting!

Mine comes down to the wire, one player left each, I've got a 6 point lead and Phillip Lindsay. Against DeAndre Hopkins though so gonna be tight, projection is I'll lose by two.

Chris Godwin for Damien Williams and Jarvis Landry

Who wins that trade?
Landry is as uninspiring a player you'll find, but if you need a safe WR with a good floor, he adds value to your team.

I'm not convinced on Williams, Shady got something like 10 carries last night and I think Darwin Thompson will find his way into the team as well sooner or later.

I thought Godwin was poised for a breakout year but if the Bucs are really as bad as they showed last night, it'll be a tad more difficult.

He's not the messiah... he's a very naughty boy
So my first 3 picks may bust. Got a week 1 win though.
Which just goes to show how bad a week I had. Picked the wrong TE and the wrong QB. Plus none of my skill player, barring Henry, did anything like their projections. When your second highest scorer was a kicker you know you're in trouble.

Cheers yeah I would have been leaning towards Godwin and had high hopes for Arians offence but Winston was absolute trash yesterday

Yeah that's against me, was having a good week scoring but Winston being awful and a combined 1pt from my defence and kicker hasn't helped.

Still hopeful Hopkins will pull it out of the bag for me though!

Yeah, your RBs have gone off this week, Ekeler in particular. Reckon Hopkins will do enough for you, still pretty happy with my team especially given Zeke was a big question mark going into the game.

Winston is borderline trash but he will be forced to throw it a lot due to bad Defence and average RBs. Godwin is likely to be a bit of a rollercoaster but has upside.

Putting your faith in the Bucs was always going to be a mistake.
Not really. He’s a bang average QB in real life but can be a valuable fantasy asset.

People are just bad at math. They think of Evans as a fringe WR1. Godwin a solid WR2. Howard a top tier TE1. Who’s the guy throwing all those passes and TDs to them? He was an absolute steal at his ADP in the last few rounds of the draft...

Mayfield had a similar bad day yesterday, no one is talking about dropping him or anything...

I would have literally beat anyone else in the league this week. Thanks Sammy Watkins.

Arians offence will produce points, it'll just be ugly with Winston at the controls.

Yh sorry I was looking at the boxscores at the top of the page which obviously are wrong. One of the many reasons why ESPN fantasy is hot garbage.
Yeah I don't like it either, way better apps and sites available to host fantasy leagues with better overview and more custom options.
