Friend told me yesterday...if we had Aubemayang upfront we would be deceivingly challenging for 2nd with City.
We would have been between City and Leicester on the current table imo. But over the course of the season would finish comfortably behind City.

A 19yo from the Austrian league  . We need a proven goalscorer
Or you are the next Bebe
Yes off course mega star anyone who scores 9 goals against Honduras under 20s has to be worth at least 200 million
People saying we should bid 30 million on the basis of playing in Austria and scoring against Honduras under 20s and FC Genk

Stupidity on this forum knows no bounds :lol::lol:
It's the Austrian league . If Utd were playing a team from that league we would expect to win at ease .

Not that we would but we would expect it
A tap in to an empty net and cafe goes gaga
Will you ever stop embarrassing yourself?

Disagree.

He’s got a good eye for goal but his general game leaves a lot to be desired at the moment.
His stats talks for itself, and his general game is better than you give him credit for. He makes it very inconvenient for the defenders with his strength and speed. Not everything he tries comes off, but it comes off quite a bit, and then he scores. And watch him in the box, his ability to get into positions to receive the ball into the box. I don´t think he´ll stop scoring goals anytime soon.

I say he should be bought on basis of the way he plays. Nothing more or less.

This is just a perfect tap in. I'd like Rashford to bin this spot all-time waiting for the ball to come and score a tap in, but he's alway roaming anywhere and ball watching outside the box, it was frustrating.

Good player, was at the game on a corporate do tonight. Strong physical presence, turn of speed, and had great link up play with Minamino (a great talent). Looks like a natural goalscorer in the box, would suit our playing style.

I didn't ask you.
I'll ask you, do you watch much Austrian football? Just wondering if you were going to offer a counter argument to what Fosu said or if you were just doing your usual obnoxious baiting routine.

All the talk today going into the Liverpool match was about Haland, but unfortunately he was just getting over an illness so started on the bench so instead, Minamino stole the show. How about a 2 for 1 deal and get both of them. And they might as well throw in Hwang too for the way he turned VVD for the first goal...

No I don't. See, to have a basis of an argument I would need to know what I'm talking about on the subject. This might be a revelation to you, but pulling a conclusion out of your arse based on the grand sum of sod all, isn't really conducive to a good discussion. Run along now.

He's an interesting prospect but i think we would be better served by an experienced striker now to balance the youth of Greenwood and even Rashford and Martial. Would still like him though.

Watch a lot of Austrian football do ya?
Ah, the classic Caf English poster that thinks, just because he lives in the UK, and isn’t interested in anything other than whatever’s on Sky and BT, that means no one else could possibly be living in another country, or have an interest in a league that he couldn’t give a shit about?! No, that would be unheard of. The Austrian league is only watched by Austrians, surely?! If anyone on this global forum knows anything about Austrian football, they must have gotten it from playing FIFA.

Jog on now, or you’ll miss your 7th re-run of United V Arsenal on Sky.

So the answer is yes, you're being an obnoxious troll as usual, with feck all to offer because not only do you know nothing about the guy you are baiting or Austrian football, but you know feck all about football in general, hence all you do is troll, I think your carers should restrict keyboard access.

People turning their nose on one of the brightest nr9 projects out there while we are fielding a striker that scored one in his last 18 performances. This board is amazing at times.
Oh btw. Mane was also from the Austrian league. One of the very the best players in the PL right now.

Didn't know Mane was from the Austrian League. Thanks for sharing. Wanted him before he went to Liverpool. Just read they signed him €4m at 20 years old what a bargain. Are there any other good up and coming talents from that League we should be looking at?

Bout half that Salzburg team - feck me they gave us a scare last night. The three Asians in particular look perfect for our brand of football - not so much United's...

This might come as a mind blowing revelation to you, but there is a search function on this forum. Now you might want to believe this poster is a connoisseur of Austrian football, that this poster who referred to a Salzburg player as ‘that Korean guy’ in this very thread, knows all about the Austrian League, that’s up to you...

I can’t wait to see how you try and justify your little outburst now you’re aware this perceived expert on Austrian football has no idea who half the Salzburg players are.

So he was in a hospital bed until Monday after several days of lung issues. His manager says he might not be ready to start this weekend which clearly means he was rushed back last night. That explains why he wasn't putting in a proper shift although some people in this thread will have you believe his work rate is awful based on the 30 minutes they saw last night.

I’m baiting him? He’s referring to other Salzburg players by their ethnicity rather than their name, but you want me to believe this guy knows about Austrian football? Are you really this gullible?

Looking at the language you’re using right now, it’s abundantly clear who is being the toxic troll.

Just Salzburg and what they sell to Leipzig. They are many many levels above all the other teams in the league. Albeit maybe Linz but they don't really have any outstanding talents but are properly coached.

Good player, but he doesn't drink enough tea to fit Ole's philosophy.

Would love to know how someone in the UK watches the Austrian league, since it's not broadcast over here.

Dodgy streams with a foreign commentator? Give me a break.

I agree with that. Then again if you scored 2 penalties you would likely be 2 points off city as it is

As to Haaland, looks like a beast, moves well and can finish. How old is he?

You mean the poster who referred to Hwang Hee-chan as ‘that Korean guy’ doesn’t watch the Austrian league regularly? No...

19. Bet Madrid are rubbing their hands at the prospect of stifling his development. What have you done with Jovic? I loved the look of him last year.

Benzema is in the form of his career

And it's early anyways. Now that we get Isco and everyone else back we might start seeing more of him
