This is in addition to reports of him having gone around asking people if they know who he is and how much he makes. He is a bellend.

You can just tell he's going to push for a move to United and take the piss because we give out insane money for mediocre performances. He fits in perfectly with the Jlingz crew and I want none of it anymore at united

 One way of looking at it, another way is he starts losing all his money and his mind isn’t on his day job anymore. Still remember England team and their card schools, got a bit grim for some of them apparently with debts.

Jesus, it's been a big week for massive stories this week, heaven knows what the full impact the female Rooney and Vardy spat is going to have on the world long term, and now we have this, madness.

Meh giggs feked his sister in law and he's treated like a hero here down to what he did on the field
Madison went to a casino... I think if he came here and was half the player Giggs was people will look past most off the field stuff

This is bad stuff, but at least he hasn't impaled any of his team mates on a clothes peg, yet.

Messi was carrying Barcelona at 21 while he was bragging about earning 7k to some random... Based on that, do you think that's the mentality you would want in a player??

He’s still young some people take longer to realise what they got and how should behave.

Guardian said:
Di Canio, Cadete and Van Hooijdonk would all leave Celtic in acrimony, with the Dutchman falling out with the chairman, Fergus McCann, over a new contract, declaring Celtic’s offer of £7,000 a week was “enough for the homeless but not for an international striker”

Ryan Giggs feked his sister in law... It genuinely does not get much lower than that and we forgave him pretty quick so yeah telling some random he earns lots of money... It's not like he was bragging to his brother I earn loads of money oh and by the way I'm screwing your wife
In the grand scheme of things I don't think that or going to a casino are big enough off filed issues to write him off... That said I'm not 100% convinced he's as good as he thinks he is and certainly needs to add some consistency on the pitch to take the next step up

Look up Harchester United ffs.
I just did that out of curiosity. Watched a YouTube video of Harchester United beating Manchester United 3-2 in the 03/04 season and it has left me very confused.

RvN and Saha were abysmal in front of goal, by the way. Rashford would have been proud of their misses.

can’t remember that season, was that the one where they had a blind striker up front, or the one where their keeper was sniped after they won the FA Cup final

Oh of course he didn’t have anything to do with it, my mistake.
I very much doubt he turned to his mate pointed at someone and told him to kick his head in, I also doubt the story that made the press is the total truth rather than someone wanting some money for a story

Rooney banged grannies, Giggs banged his brothers wife, Gazza drank booze a lot, Messi avoided tax as did Ronaldo and Mourinho, Suarez bit a mans ear (no excuse for the racist comment, that was distgusting), Lingard dry humped a bed. The list goes on. Who actually cares what the players do in there spare time, they are human and have there own lives, people should start living there own. As long as they perform on the pitch and give it 100%, then Madison can go to a Casino gamble 50k, then go to a strip club and blown another 50k and end up passing out on his sofa. He was brilliant last year, started this season great. None issue and just the media hyping nothing up again like they did with Brexit.

I know people like to go on about footballers getting a rough deal, but I'm pretty sure most of them simply don't go out and behave like this.

You don't do this sort of thing because you have too much money. You do it because you're a complete dickhead who happens to have too much money.

It's also not slander or rumour in this case, it's agreed evidence given in a court of law.

So Maddison is responsible for what his mates do?
Not all the time, but when he is allegedly standing next to his mate and telling the people he and his mate are arguing with that his shoes are worth more than all their outfits and that he earns more in a month than they do in a year.... well then yes he probably does take on some responsibility.

To be fair Maddison's mate was found not guilty after he argued he acted in self defence because he thought one of the group was about to hit him.

He is a prick. It is known.
This

I'm really not sure about the lad to be honest. I realise gone are the days when players spent every second trying to 'be the best' but whether you think its the papers stirring up shit or not it's still not great reading for a player that's achieved nothing in his career - stinks of big time charlie-itis

As a player I'm not sure about him either, I dont mind going down the British route if the players are right but Maddison to me would be a step into accepting midtable quality in the team

All these serious issues and then "Lingard dry humped a bed" truly history's greatest monster.

He notoriously a bit of a jeb, but this one seems like a classic England team, storm in a teacup.

Didn't find another thread on him so i'l post here. The Athletic claim to have spoken with people "in the know" from United, Leicester and Maddison camp and the general consensus is that they expect a move to be on the cards within one year; that could also mean January.

It's a nothing article from Ornstein covering all the bases.

Some I have spoken to with links to all three parties feel the 22-year-old will move to Old Trafford within the next year. Others suggest it is more likely he signs a new contract to improve his terms and protect his value to Leicester before leaving during the course of that deal. And, clearly, other clubs are sure to have a say in the situation, not least the one who he currently represents.

At this point in time nothing is even close to being decided — the only near-certainty is that, the way things are shaping up, United will find it harder than ever to prise a player who in times gone by would have been a relatively straightforward capture for the 20-times champions of England.

Did he actually gamble? I know several people who go fairly regularly to casino's, and most times they just have a meal and a couple of drinks, they don't even participate in the gambling. But at the end of the day it's newspapers trying to make money.

Will be expensive yeah, but potentially worth it (given the crazy prices that are going around).
If that software can't come up with better player than Maddison for 100 plus million then we should bin that software and fire all the scouts.
