I like how people say Solskjaer has a plan. What is that plan? Nobody ever actually says what this plan is. Do you know why? Because there isn't one.

People are saying he is rebuilding the team. How? By taking the team in the relegation zone? That is not a rebuild, that is destruction.

Solskjaer isn't just the worst at Manutd; he is the worst in the Premier League. By far the worst United have been.

I agree.

The entire thing just stinks of 'buying time' from both Ole and the board. Both are hoping that something just suddenly clicks and results SLIGHTLY improve even so they can then point to that slight improvement and say "see, told you, THE PLAN. Give me some more time....."

There is no plan. If there is, it's literally just 'spend the bare minimum, play some youngsters, hope the results get a bit better'. Nothing more.

This also benefits the board, because they can spend the bare minimum next summer too and point towards this vague improvement as proof that they don't need to spend much money.

People are just making shit up here because they hate Jose and loves Ole. Put the emotions aside and take a look at the drivel that our team serve up every week. Jose's team only looked like shit when the players quit on him. Ole's team is completely shit right now even when everyone is backing him, especially once his "philosophy" takes place. The only reason our team played well when he was a caretaker was because he has no time to implement his tactics yet and we are playing on the back of Jose's foundation, with the players actually putting in effort and in a much positive mindset. Once it's all gone we hardly looked like a top half team. Results don't lie.

Stop talking useless crap like our injuries and all that, as if Jose's worst run has the whole team available for selection. And this is for a run of shit games stretching more than 20 games. So much excuses for a mediocre manager. I get the romanticism and stuff but please come back to reality.

Every team & its players quits on Jose after 3 years.

It's due to his horrendous man management ability & his inability to change the tactics due to his preferences whether its right or wrong for the player or the club that effect him.

because those were players who are spineless and couldn’t cut it to be warriors and fighters. Jose is demanding. The winners he has coached over the years have all loved him. The sulkers and lazy players like pogba and Martial hate his types.

Do you think the players know better than the manager? There may be one or two very seasoned players on some teams that may be able to understand the overall tactical details that go into preparing for a match. Most players see the game so much more clearly when they become coaches/managers.

I refuse to believe this. Jose has favouritism like coentrao over marcelo at Real Madrid. Spine had nothing to do with this. Did Sanchez have a better spine that Martial or Rashford - no, not really and as a manager the guy put him as a direct competition against 2 of our best performing LW in the mid-season on form rather than fitting in to a gap at RW. Again that is favouritism.

What about Lukaku? How is his work ethic and his spine? Just as rubbish and everyone else's & he is the epitome & label of Jose's tenure and tactics of preference of strength and individual work rather than a team's capacity to play together to unlock an opposition defence.

And that's why some Jose fans still go crazy over him- because Jose targets some good individuals - however, these can be extremely old, extremely one dimensional in a footballing sense, only good for the short term or only good for Jose.

Ultimately after Jose's traditional 3 year tenure's thst he spends at his clubs, these problems starts turning up & usually after his most successful 2nd season (in our case, our 2nd spot season) - his favouritism towards certain players, the need to change tactics that never change, the extreme defensive tactics whilst playing lower level clubs whilst there is even a lack of injuries, his ability to ruin the mood of his most and best performing players (Hazards, Ronaldo, & in our case it was martial), his ageing squad starts getting shown after 3 years to their passports, him being a negative aspect of United to the media, to the public, applying pressure to the team like he isn't part of us whilst also getting in trouble with the people above him like a spoilt child.

Jose is the definition of a short term manager & to expect him to perform post 3 years indicates that he was planning things for the long term. I sincerely doubt he would have done that.

The willian's, the perisic's, Matic, the Sanchez, the Lukaku could do a job for Jose on his 2nd season at a club but these type of players start rotting like cheese at 3rd & 4th seasons - so I am happy he didn't get to buy what he wanted.

The only manager who had a long term plan and a philosophy of how this club should play was Van Gaal. He had 11 players working together playing football in a way that we could improve directly proportional to the quality of player we had.

In comparison - Jose 10 indidividuals, some hard working in his eyes and with a spine, some that he didn't like without giving them a try or trying them in the best positions - all just simply supplying Ibrahimovic or Lukaku as a sole attacking output.

That type of football used to be able to win the league for Jose but it just isn't that great anymore - not in the PL in comparison to possession and counterpressing style that many clubs play and not just City and Liverpool. He may have done well to have come 2nd in his 2nd season - but the fact he didn't win the leagye shows that his tactics are just starting to age; but unfortunately not like fine wine.

I urge you to believe:)

also, have you seen Willian and Perisic lately? They would both improve our team. In addition to that, teams are made up of players who complement each other. Those two players could really have changed the dynamic of our offense.

Definitely would have changed the dynamic of our offence but our problems come from midfield much more than our attack. We don't create much chances.

All perisic and William does is change our attack to creating crosses for Lukaku to score & that just isn't good enough for the PL anymore or around the world. Back in 2004-17 I would be with it but now it's just covering up some gaps with some plasters - arguably harder ones to replace or change.

Changing our attack to create more crosses for our striker is no longer good enough for the PL? While that is not the only way to create chances, that is one of the ingredients:)

Yep, it's pretty dire. The only positive is that it was clear that Jose lost the squad in his final days and Ole still seems to have the players' backing. So maybe hold out for a few more months to see if there's a turn-around.

Ole at his best was the best football we've played since Fergie retired.

I don't personally believe that was much of his doing but let's not be dishonest.

Guys like .... you mean genuine supporters? Not internet overreactionists who wouldn’t be able to tell a match day if it smacked them in the face.
Congratulations top red. I wish we were all great fans like you. It must be great to live each day in fantasy land.

Including the cups? (of which we have lost none)
We are 2 points off relegation. On what planet are you living? This season is a disaster. We have lost more Premier League games than we have won but you say "Ole has only lost 3 games".

Sorry for trying to be positive, I will educate myself and come back tomorrow and bitch at everything because negativity always works.

Yes there is negativity, what do you expect right now? But coming in here and being all positive on baseless grounds (lying to yourself in the process) and having a go at people for ranting is pathetic and makes you look like a knob.

You can believe that if it makes you feel better about yourself. You make me sick.
Funny you won’t admit you connection, every united fan I know is still supportive of Ole some wavering but none throwing him under the bus like pussies like you.

When did you start supporting united?

We play much the same, but with a lot more ground coverage. Team now has no focal point and midfield struggles to keep possession.
Need Pogba and Tony for a number of games, to see if Ole actually has a plan that’ll work. But no genuine right wing and mishmash of a squad aren’t going to help him at all. I hope soon that we employ someone who can identify that we’ve not had a right wing for a good 6 years and are missing a midfielder.

Youre a typical example of modern day idiot. Your mum is probably still breastfeeding you. That's the impression of the kind of person that you are showing, God I can't believe I'm wasting my time addressing a parasite like you. Your that stupid you don't realise people could lie like you. But everyone reading this knows you banging on about being a true supporter knows your full of the putridest of slimiest shite. You havent been to old Trafford in your life you snake. Normally people who have done stuff don't come on forums and brag about it. Especially when it's concernd with going to your teams match.
