Maybe not but I don’t see any player in the world other than a lifelong Salzburg fan wanting to stay there over signing for United and I don’t see Salzburg believing that either, they’d sell if the player said he wanted the move and we offered the right amount instead of lowballing or dithering as we’re great at doing on both fronts.
I’m sure they’d mich prefer to move him on to Leipzig to solve the situation with Werner and that the money they’d get for their Salzburg team would do them little good in the grander scheme of things.
With Leipzig as their main focus, if Werner goes and Hååland does aswell they’ll need to find replacements from outside whilst complying with FFP which complicates things for Leipzig who can only account for one of them.
Wether Hååland would be up for a move to Leipzig, maybe he would, but getting him out of Red Bull without them sanctioning the departure will be very difficult, especially mid season with the austrian league still up in the air.

I live in Wiesbaden, which is basically on the opposite side of the river to Mainz and I can tell you they're horrendous.

Werner is still quality

Anyone to join Utd will turn average over 4-5 years. Looks at Maguire, he looks very average. AWB also turning average. Dan James is playing at his standard.

Aye. If he joined we'd have less to moan about!
No chance. We would turn on him. He’s not much different to Rashford he’ll need service. I know we need numbers but we really need a CM first.

You mean you would turn on him?

Exactly the type of signing we should be making but I just don't think united will be a realistic option for him.
Why would you sign for the current Man Utd if you could wait to see if the likes of Bayern, Atletico Madrid, Juve or even Liverpool come calling?

I’ve stayed loyal to Pogba; Rashford and Martial. Have you?
Yes I have. I've not tried to find fault to suit my agenda, or stated that regardless of what happens this season, I won't change my mind on who should be sacked or sold. Have you?

Sorry that I’m loyal to my opinions. I don’t ask for you to agree or like them.

Have a Coke and a smile and go bout your business on your Solskjaer bus.

I cannot see him joining us in January for sure. Why would they let their top striker leave in the middle of the season?
And if Liverpool are interested, he ll join them as they have CL football and a fellow German as manager

Sure you are...
Huh? I said I’m loyal not deluded. This is not a cult mate. It’s just football... Go play call of duty or something.. give your mind a break.

You’re upset because I believe we aren’t currently a good fit for a football player looking to make a step up in his career that doesn’t play for a midtable side.

Wow, ace burn. Like saying you want the manager sacked regardless of how well we do this season because you’re ‘loyal to your opinion.’ Makes perfect sense.

oh yeah. That’s exactly what you said. Always spreading that proactive mentality. Haven’t you got some more ole threads to spam?

What?

You’re going to have to explain the cultist bit. It’s the standard cafe response to anyone disagreeing with your opinion. Apparently, I’m incredibly both a fanboi and a hater of Jose, LvG, Pogba, Rashford and Martial.

You are allowed to express a view that isn’t on the extremes of the spectrum. A cultist view would be saying something like you want the manager sacked regardless of what happened this season, or you don’t want us to sign good players because of who the manager is... whoops.

Says the man who camps in Ole threads trying to convince everyone he’s the anti christ. I suggest you find a hobby, perhaps pick up Tai Chi.

I feel we are going to make the good striker = goals mistake in January. Both need to be addressed asap but for me it's an AM or creative cm before striker. I can't stand seeing mata/Andreas and Lingard contributing feck all game after game after game

So what does that say about you who keeps following me. We win one game and you randomly @ me. Just to see if I was happy we won.

I’m not your mate this is not a group chat. Unless you’ve got banter for me I’ve got no time for going back and forth with you because you’ve got some personal grudge. But glad I’ve got to you. :)

Oh no, am I making you upset? Bless.

It’s hard not to see it. I come in the Timo Werner thread and there you are, making the same snide remarks you were making in the Ole thread. It’s really quite sad. I checked to see if I’m over reacting by looking at your post history. Its... revealing. I can get you a number of a good councillor, you only need to ask. ;)

I think one without the other will end up leaving whichever one we get up shit creek somewhat. If we get the AM then our forwards aren't all that good for him to create for. If we get the striker then we have no one to create him. We need both and them both to hit the ground running. You'd think we'd be tying the deals up now, but will somehow end up negotiating all through January.

Agreed that we need creativity. It's our single biggest issue at the club. Still, we would be fools if we had the chance to sign him and we turned it down.

You wish you was getting me upset. More the reverse. But I’m honoured.

Snide? I didn’t mention Wh’Ole’s name... but there you are talking to me about the manager.

Yes send it along. Do I get a discount if I mention your name? I love a chat.

If he has a straight choice, you would assume that United can offer more money and more guaranteed minutes. But if he compares Klopp’s record of developing forwards (Reus, Gotze, Lewandowski, Aubameyang at Dortmund, Salam, Mane, Firmino at Liverpool) to Ole’s record of developing forwards (????), well....

don't know anything about this lad, I just know he's highly regarded and available at a great price. Question to anyone who watches him on a regular basis, does he offer something different to what we have say in Martial, or is he a similiar type of player.
