So many different storylines, every character trying to screw another over - an omnishambles but still enjoyable

Highlights from this week:

  • Tasha’s fake “shock” over Lakeisha’s death.
  • Cokehead Tommy overpowering a guy twice his size in Benny, who himself decided the best way to deal with a psychopathic serial killer was turning up to his apartment with a Swiss Army knife.
  • Elisa Marie has now lost another guardian.
  • Jason getting the text from Tommy conveniently just in time before James killed him during the course of an elevator ride.
  • Tasha cleaning up before the feds got to her daycare.
  • Tommy watching in plain sight whilst the feds arrest his crew.
  • Riq continuing to be the ungrateful spoilt brat.
  • Saxe still managing to do some FBI work off the record.
  • Tasha randomly knowing where Silver’s body was, and Ghost, the most calculating character not covering his tracks (the body still being there)
  • How Dre managed to escape that top floor of the building.
  • Dre managing to get into Ghost’s apartment and planting that phone.

And by far, my favourite scene of the episode:

  • Ghost booping Tasha’s forehead with his finger.
Amazing list - thank God this is the last season

Brilliant episode. Somehow manages to be more entertaining each week. A major guilty pleasure.

There is one more episode before the break, it returns in January I read so don't know where April come from?

Also the 5 episodes after the break are supposed to be a reflection so the next episode will be the finale.

I have a feeling Tommy is going down in E10 and I think it will be Tariq that does it.

Was on IMDB earlier & the ratings for the past 5 episodes are all 9.1 or higher... the Keisha dying episode got 9.6 :houllier:

Surely has to be some sort of troll job by 50 Cent to get bots to spam IMDB with high scores.

Eh I can see it, not saying it is excellent writing or going to win any awards but damn is it exciting.

Just caught up with the last few episodes. This show is too much  Its a comedy for all the wrong reasons, but still entertaining.

They made Benny into a total jobber. How can he be this big tough dude, and then get done by Tommy like that

Ghost face when he pushed Tasha against the wall was hilarious too

for me, 9 would be something that is great and 10 being one the greatest things I’ve ever seen... this shit, as entertaining as it is (unintentionally entertaining) is 6 at best. For it to be rated so highly on IMDB is just wrong (IMO)

I recently caught up and i'm just loving how terrible it is now, it's beyond parody!

Where the hell did that extra security guard on the roof come from & how did he not notice a dead body right until the very moment Andre is there
How did Andre get off the building? Did he just jump?
Who the hell can receive signal in an elevator? That's how I knew it was unrealistic
In 6 seasons Ghost has never had to tie his shoes, in fact I can't even imagine him wearing shoes that have laces,
Senator Tate killed a man in front of a big crowd, and nobody cared - but dodgy sound work is what ruins his political bid
What did Ghost do that made him such a terrible father that Tariq has this deep-seated hatred for him?
Where the hell is the third child?! Nobody seems to take care of her, ever (also i'm sure she was literally a child, now she's basically a pre-teen?)
Why did the ghost of Angela visit Ghost, but the ghost of Raina never did?
Tasha has been asking Ghost to tell her where Terry is this entire season, then she suddenly knows what street, building & exact car park space that he's in when she's questioned by the police

This entire show has fallen off the building that Ghost purchased to commit murder.

I liked that they focused on Ghost but really from his 2nd interaction, he was gonna get popped. The whole "whodunnit" is weird though. Dre escaping jail again :houllier:

It is, especially because it's definitely Tariq.

He gave Ghost a second chance, just like the story about 'Breeze', but he didn't oblige.

Also, did I miss something ? Why did Angela sister want to kill him all of sudden ? Didn't she just say she knew he didn't kill her sis ?
It's Power logic mate  nothing makes sense.

But yeah Tariq definitely the killer.

You can tell the writers proper dgaf at this point

1) Saxe, a fired employee, was allowed to walk right up to the boss’ office to talk about potential evidence against Ghost or whatever. Bare in mind this is a whole law enforcement job not your average 9-5 retail job.

2) How did Tommy all of a sudden figure out that it wasn’t Ghost who killed Keisha? And how did he figure out the computer chip thing?

3) Didn’t understand why/how Tommy just disappeared during the shootout scene with him and ghost vs the unknown driver.

4) I’m not a legal expert and someone please feel free to correct me but I don’t get the whole deal between Sergeant whatsherface and Dre. Why would being a witness in another case, which doesn’t even look like it’s going to trial anytime soon with all the flimsy ‘evidence’, mean that one gets released straight away after JUST being placed in remand for a murder charge. Like is that actually a thing? Also, this whole thing would be redundant anyway if ghost really is dead because when someone dies any case against them is automatically dismissed meaning there would be no case for Dre to be a witness in so straight back to jail for him haha

5) Paz (Angela’s sister) is one of the suspects. So when she ACTUALLY thought he killed Angela she had no intentions of killing him but she wants to now for merely not telling her who killed Angela? Make it make sense.

6) Will Q (the good looking guy who keeps showing up at the daycare) ever have an actual significance to any of the storylines in the final 5 eps or was he just a filler character?

7) Did the writers completely forget about Ghost and Tasha’s youngest daughter? Cos I know I did.

There’s probably more plot holes but these were the most gaping ones for me

 The last few eps were at least entertaining. This was some stupid Who Shot Mr Burns plot they stole from Simpsons. and its gonna be Maggie (Tariq) the one they didnt focus on.

the writer clearly doesnt give a F anymore. Didnt the female head writer say shes changing the direction of the story cos she got divorced and doesnt like men or something?

Anyway, this had even more stupid stuff than before. Angelas sister suddenly wanting Ghost dead after now believing he didnt do it or hire anybody was stupid.

Tommy/ghost shootout. That whole thing was a WTF?

at least the FBI idiocy has been consistent.

How is Dre alive or not in prison? Surely eventually he has to run out of luck?

I'd say it's because she knows he knows who did it but won't tell her or the police. I guess the fact that he kind of cause the situation in the first place.

It's nothing new to her though, so a bizarre sudden motive.

It's too weird. "I'm gonna kill you because you don't wanna tell me who killed my sis"

3) After watching that part, I started wondering if the whole thing wasn't a dream. A random shootout that comes out of nowhere, Tommy disappearing like a Ninja.
wtf ?

Reading the above back makes it even more hilarious, there's so many I missed a few.

There were some strange camera shots all of a sudden trying to add drama by zooming in on the face. I wasnt even sure it wasnt an imagination like the force ghost of Angela, it all moved very quickly to a Ghost is fine to everyone descend on him in a panic.

I think I’m going to stop watching after the finale next year.

It’s become ridiculous. How Ghost can die and not that cretin Tariq baffles me. At least Ghost adds something to the show, instead of the whinging dick behaviour of Riq.

Ending was like an episode of Eastenders. Obvious candidate would be the irritating, spoilt brat Tariq that shot Ghost. Then again, it’ll probably be Elisa-Marie who done it

How many episodes are now left of this when it resumes back in January? One of those shows that’s ran it’s course now and lacking in new ideas/imagination.

Ridiculous episode. How the feck does Dre walk out after being charged with murder?! They’re embracing the stupidity, actually makes it a lot better

It’s definitely Tariq who kills him. But I’m also not ruling out Elisa Marie, because why not?!

Regarding paz. The DOJ doll telling her the case was over made me think she sent paz there to lie and pretend like she forgave ghost to try and get him to own up or tell her who done it with the plan of telling the DOJ doll

One thing I have to undestand, wasn't Ghost arrested and even in prison ? Why did that annoying cop chick felt the need to take the glass and analyze his DNA (to conclude that Tariq's DNA was present at the murder scene) when they probably have his DNA in their database. Did I miss something ?
First thing I said to my mrs. He's already been inside so they will have his DNA in the system. She looked so smug about it too.

Some of the things the characters do in this show are so unbelievable it's actually hilarious.
maybe if your fully exonerated they have to wipe you of the system?

Silver being murdered for a while, would have been discovered. I mean unless you bury a body, the decomposition in an open space will always lots of nasty stuff
He wasnt decomposed at all when it showed him. They forgot who long he was dead

How does everyone seem to walk into Truth after hours and never stopped by security?

New York City is one of the hardest places in the world to get into a club, and you have people with guns just strolling in after closing
