Rob Dawson ESPN: Haaland is a key target along with Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, Leicester midfielder James Maddison, Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson, West Ham's Declan Rice, Aston Villa pair John McGinn and Jack Grealish and Lyon forward Moussa Dembele.

Aka- I'm gonna repeat the same names that have been floating around as supposed United targets, wrap it in yet another article and call it journalism.

Footie journos are about as lazy as the tabloid press these days.

This is just lazy reporting. Cobble up all recent transfer rumours, match with our requirements and dump it on paper.

What - you don't think that journalist called Woodward or OGS and got the names ? :)

I cannot see any of those moving in January. It s more about laying the groundwork for a possible transfer in Summer

Haaland can be moved easy and Sancho can be done Pulisic style, Grealish in the summer only if Villa go down rest are not likely to happen at all.

Firstly we have to win the Europa league or come fourth to even contemplate the board making any 100 mill plus outlay on players, or alternativly hope Madrid buy Pogba for just over 100 mill and do what we done in the summer, as in outlay 150 mill on transfers, then get rid of players, i.e Lukaku about 70 mill, removing Sanchez, Smalling wages and fringe players for the sum of 25 mill, so we spend give or take 40 to 50 mill come summer 2020.

We can't get them at this age, unfortunately. Unless they have an Italian or Portuguese passport they won't get a work permit.
We should be smart and have a feeder club we can loan them to like Chelsea do

It's clearly a BS report, as Declan Rice's name is on the list, and I'm pretty sure we've absolutely no interest in him anymore.
He was a bit flavour of the month. 50m for being a young fit Brit from what I’ve seen so far.

I'd rather we were getting rid of Jones to be honest.
Agreed, but must say alot that we havent even heard an ounce of gossip linking Jones away. Feel we are stuck with him and the club knows it, hence listening to offers for Smalling. But yes, Jones and Baily would be out the door before Smalling in my book.
