To be fair - there should probably be something in place which blocks transactions unless you make room. I've been caught out a couple times by there not being one, think there is on the traditional websites.

I feel like roster size bloat could be avoided if some of yall could calculate basic addition and subtraction.

I'm planning out my defenses for the playoffs. I don't need any more bench players.
Could’ve maybe picked up Brian Hill for the Browns and went for a bye then, but I definitely get the logic. I like the Steelers or Ravens better than the Rams at 49ers in Week 16 but suppose they’re both taken?

Good team though yeah. I just traded Cooper and McLaurin for Barkley in a league where I’m 8-2 - he has an incredible schedule after the bye apart from first week of the POs against Philly.

I'm 7-3 so Hill was gone before my waiver pick. Starting the Rams this week against Chicago then Cleveland vs Miami and Philly vs Miami. First two weeks of the playoffs will start Philly vs New York and Washington.

Week 16 is still up in the air. Rams are at San Francisco but the other bad teams play each other. Miami / Cincinnati and Washington / New York are not ideal.

With 1 week to go, here is how it stands.

Division winners

1. Rpitroda 10-2
2. JJ12 9-3 / 8-4
3. Altodevil 9-3 / 8-4
4. Man Of Leisure 7-5

Wild card

1. Jagga 7-5 / 6-6
2. Chetan 6-6
3. Eboue 6-6 / 5-7
4. RedIceland 5-7

Top 3 picks will almost definitely be Nicky Moore, Organic Potatoes and Back Of The Net.

Am I right in saying seeds 1 and 2 are on a bye week one of playoffs?

And so 2 wildcards?

So I believe the things open to play for are:

1. 2nd seed.

Three way between altodevil, JJ12 and Man of Leisure.
- If JJ12 beats MOL then JJ12 most likely gets it on points scored.
- If JJ12 loses and altodevil loses, all 3 are tied and most likely JJ12 gets it on points scored.
- if JJ12 loses and altodevil wins, altodevil gets it on record.

2. Division winner of division 4.

Between Jagga7 and Altodevil.

- Jagga7 needs to win and altodevil needs to lose with a points scored swing of >circa. 35 points in favour of Jagga7.
- If that happens, 2nd seed regardless of other scores would go to JJ12 most likely on points scored.

3. Wildcard.

- First wildcard is guaranteed for either Jagga7 or Altodevil.
- Only Eboue or Chetan can make the second wildcard spot (redIceland is only one game back but Eboue and chetan play each other, effectively a playoff match). Winner is the 2nd wildcard.

You're missing the most important thing. Who gets first pick next year. Bottom two teams in a straight up playoff to be the worst next week. Perfect ending to the season IMO
You should consider "total potential points" as criteria instead of record if you haven't already - not saying that dafting based on record is stupid, but it leads to teams tanking and potentially interfering with the playoff race. I kow that's also how it works in real life but can be frustrating, while "total potential points" as criteria means that the actual worst team gets the highest pick.

I can't add a kicker, it keeps saying "INVALID BLIND BID WAIVER MOVE - WOULD CAUSE JAGGA7 TO EXCEED ITS SEASON BLIND BID LIMIT"

I spent my FAAB this week but I thought it was free to add players? or I could at least make zero dollar bids.

depends if the kicker is FA - Add or is locked (they are locked if recently released from a team or something, and eventually unlock)

Good write-ups @rpitroda

If I hadn't blown last weeks game, a tough mathcup with Jagga7, I might have nicked the 2nd spot. As it stands I think I am going out in the wildcards. Record better than I am.
