Should be interesting who all will play this game considering we have league cup on Wednesday.

Indeed it will. Think we’ll use the League Cup fixture to give minutes to fringe players so it’ll probably be a similar lineup to last Thursday.

West Ham 2-0 up against Newcastle after 36 minutes so we need a win to keep up with them.

If Dalot is still not fit then Laird should play in the league cup. We need to strike the balance, players like Laird, Garner, Williams, Gomes should all start in league cup. If Levitt is back fit then he should be involved too.

I agree with you, and just like Williams & Garner started against AZ, they probably will against Colchester, too.

Ah cheers. Looks like it'll be a strong squad for Wednesday, as expected.
Think Ole will pick a stronger team than some of us would want only one match from a semi-final.Greenwood and Williams will probably start with Garner on the bench.
Yeah have been expecting him to step it up in the U23s.
He never really stepped up to the 18s, maybe we signed the wrong Traore!

Yeah definitely agree, and I have no issues with it. We've been knocked out by lower league teams previous seasons and now that we have a pretty healthy squad, there's a few players who need more minutes on the pitch.

Think he had some good to very good performances on that level but was expecting much better from him in the U23s as physically he's more than ready.

Expect a rough and tumble game - Reading reserves are renowned for being dirty feckers - they kicked us off the park the last time we played if I remember correctly.

What browser do you guys use for MUTV? Chrome is so unreliable for me. Can't get a feed to today's game for some reason (not the first time this happens).

Chong and Traore with a couple of decent efforts from outside the box, we're slowly getting into some kind of rhythm.

Nice play by Chong and especially Laird on the right side, Puigmal puts it in the far corner.

Kovar comes out to punch the ball but the Reading player gets to the ball first and an easy tap-in makes it 1-1. Not the best of halves tbh, sloppy in possession. Reading deserved their goal, need our midfield to start dominating the game. We might see Mejbri come on in the second half and Helm will probably be the one to come off if he doesn't get in the game more.

The ref has been absolutely shit as usual at this level.
The commentators are irritating claiming Utd were lucky to be ahead.

Bit of naïveté to concede just before half time. Chasing a second when we should have just played out the final minute or so.

Hoogewerf on for Ramazani at HT. If there’s no injury this sounds like a planned sub. Ramazani on the bench against Colchester, please.

Huge mistake by the assistant. Reading player was away there and he was in his own half (aka onside) when the pass was played.
