Yeah i know, only looking for 25 tomorrow together with 55 for Newcastle both including programme and a hot drink, way under half match, treat cup midweek as half price anyways so that's a quarter of rate per match i pay

Both sold

I've purchased match day VIP tickets for Southampton on April 25. A couple of questions: 1) how likely is it that the game will get moved for fixture congestion? Is there anyway to predict this at all? I'm coming all the way from Texas and have to be in Ireland for a wedding the next day, so kind of screwed if it gets moved. 2) How bad is traffic around the stadium after the game? Kick off is currently scheduled for 3pm and I'm looking at getting a 7:40pm flight out of Manchester airport that Saturday evening. I'm thinking that should be enough time to get from the stadium to the airport and make the flight (international to Dublin) since it's pretty close, but not sure exactly how bad traffic typically is.

Thanks in advance.

Looking at the potential Europa cup games, that game WOUDN'T be affected by us getting through to the latter rounds (whereas the 2 games before, and 2 games after both would be)

It's also not the FA Cup semi final weekend..

So it basically depends if for some reason they think United v Southampton is worthy of a move!

If you took the metro, I'm sure a 3pm kick off would be fine for a 7.40pm flight.

That's IF they don't do something annoying like moving it to a 5.30pm. That's the lotto!

Feb fixtures are due to be announced "at latest" by the end of Friday....

They were waiting for Europe, as sensible...but the sooner the better please!

If anyone fancies a last minute decision to head down to Old Trafford tomorrow evening, I've got a top price ticket available for £25 in the South Stand. Would meet outside.

Thank you very much for the input on both counts! Makes me rest a bit easier - those tickets weren't cheap and now my gf wants to go with me and my pops too... We'll have a car, so will be driving to the airport. Should have mentioned that. Still feasible as long as kick off doesn't get moved, I take it? Traffic is what I was worried about.

As long as you park somewhere that's say a 10-15min walk away from the ground, I'd imagine it'd avoid the pinchpoints and be quite comfy, barring an absolute traffic nightmare.

I've no experience in going towards central Manchester to be honest, as I head south, but there's plenty on here who can give you a good parking tip, if the metro isn't an option - which like you say may not be with your party of people.

Park somewhere on the motorway side of the ground (South West). Somewhere off Chester Road towards Gorse Hill will give you a good run to the motorway.

Cannot go tonight. I have a couple of cracking seats, North stand, tier one, pretty central. You can have them if you give me your word you'll give at least £25 to charity. Meet at the ground.
Edit: £25 donation for the pair

So I'll be away for the festive period - Newcastle and Norwich league games and now the Cup semi against Citeh as well. If anyone wants all 3 at face value, a very good East stand seat is available here. Hola at me...

Does the City League cup game have a set date yet?
They have the games down as 7th and 28th Jan on the United site. Presume those are confirmed?

Expecting the Feb games tv moves to be arranged today too.

It says 8th Jan on the tickets page!
Just had the email for paying/opting out, and it had the game as unconfirmed between the Tue/Wed!
So i'm confused :)

8am deadline tomorrow to opt out though, so i think I'll; opt out, then see if i can go nearer the time!

Tricky one. I got my ticket as I can go on 7 or 8.

But does anyone know which is more likely of the two?

Wolves at home moves to a 5.30pm sat 1st Feb
Chelsea away moved to a Monday night (!) 17 Feb

Watford home and Everton away, as expected, moved to sundays with the Europa up.

Chelsea is really nasty because it's only 3 days before the euro away

Seems to be quite a few available for the league cup semi on United’s website to buy now. I heard they were releasing more tickets again on the 30th so unsure why they are available.

Random request - but need a lot of tickets for the Madrid derby on 1 February. 12 tickets. So if anyone has contacts let me know. Obviously we’re not expecting to all sit together but if we can find a load of pairs or something that would work.

Does anybody know if the ballot for Man City away in the league cup is today? I think it was supposed to be... but not heard anything from anybody who has been successful or otherwise yet.

Buying a ticket via official website is a bastard. You can choose ticket plus membership option but then when it's already in the basket you can only proceed by typing in your membership number (which you still don't have naturally). It's the same for games available to non-members.

Just checked and I’ve got City and Liverpool. Deffo doing the Euromillions tonight!
Ah legend! Congrats mate, don't think I've gotten Liverpool unfortunately but considering I went last year, I can't be too mad

Had STs for 15 years now with my dad but he can’t go anymore so I’m planning to get my mates name on my dads.
Will changing name on the ticket downgrade it from Gold to Red?
I did ring the ticket office but the guy over the phone wasn’t much help.

Cheers.
