Disgusting performance from a so called Manchester United first 11.
Too many nowhere near good enough, too many stealing a living, too many not leaving it all on the pitch and the Pogba soap opera continues to sap the life out of the club.
Get rid of those who should never put the shirt on again and get rid of the French distraction and his Dutch/Italian mate who himself should never see the inside of OT ever again.

Google Ole’s results when he arrived before posting
Exactly mate, reading people say how he’s already showing what he can do and that maybe he’s actually a good manager using It as a sly dog at ole must have forgot how he started at United

I agree, hopefully like Rio said he would be different in the dressing room. It’s still hard for us to see after a performance like that.

I can’t imagine ole managing big player personalities such as Rio andRVP
I got the feeling RVP doesn’t like Ole being our manager. I know it’s very early days with Arteta and there always a new manager bounce but it’s clear he’s trying to imitate Pep. I was told by many Ole wanted to implement a press defence. Well it’s been 18 month and I’m still not seeing it.

One of the worst performances of Ole's tenure. There simply have to be some signings. Matic and Mata both need sending to the glue factory and Lingard and Pereira are nowhere near the standard required. James looks completely shot, which is fair enough for a kid in his first season at the highest level, and who'd have been slowly integrated into the team at a non-basket case club. Greenwood will end up the same way. Rashford and Martial are great at their best, but run hot and cold. Pogba I assume is off, if not now then in the summer. The squad is still somehow completely threadbare, despite the money spent.

Absolutely dreadful first half, picked up in the second half after the two subs. I get the need for squad rotation over the Xmas period, but starting Lingard guarantees a defeat. Even by his standards, he was totally pointless tonight. Shaw too was utter shite. Neither of them should ever play for the 1st team again. Pereira and Williams are much better options.

Complacent attitude from the players and management tonight. Won the last two games, so no big deal if we lose tonight. Incapable of stringing more than two wins in succession.

Tonight highlighted the need for three good signings this month. But of course, the Glazers and Woodward are only interested in financial profit and not on pitch success.

Please don't bring up that snake. He's taking an opportunity to take a piss at the club. The sooner him and Pogba are gone the better. We needed Pogba today and all indications were he was going to play. But out of nowhere he's ankle is hurt after his agent attacked the club publicly a few days. Who knows if he's really hurt, or he is trying to force his way out.
The Glazers and Woodward are problem, the recruitment structure is a problem and greedy agents like Raiola and selfish players like Pogba are also a problem.
Pogba was gone this summer mate barring an acceptable bid. He won't be here in three weeks or so, so the scapegoat will need to shift then. Hopefully on the manager we have who is worse than David "The Worst I Thought I'd See" Moyes.

He’s probably amazed at what he can see from the outside now compared to what he experienced there under Fergie

I feel like people saying tactics or patterns aren't being coached don't really have an idea of what that actually is. Sounds like an easy soundbite. There was plenty of movement from the front 3, but there was such little quality to find each other, it demoralises them. Great example is AWB cross. Last week when he put that in and we were on top, Rashford was ahead of the defender and got the run on him. This week he just didn't bother, I think a combination of being knackered and constantly having his runs ignored.

Desperately need midfielders in this Jan and someone we can use to give Rashford a bloody rest.

He was there for the Moyes season. Can't imagine he was hugely supportive of him.

We're more of a cult, than a football club these days aren't we?

And if there's one thing the fans at this club love to do, it's to worship blindly their cult leader.

As tedious as it's become,he wasn't out there serving up dross against a side that hadn't won in almost a month ...

Plenty of blame to go around for those who actively participated in that depressing and pathetic performance

I just wonder, how many more flat and uninspiring performances do we need to have before Ole starts being on the hot seat?

A year on and we have no discernible style or identity besides trying to hit teams on the counter and hoping for the best which is embarrassing for a club the magnitude of United. It's like a variation on the lazy hoofball we used to rely on under the last 2 managers...

Just watched the first half.

1. Shaw and De gea need to be benched
2. Lingard should never play for United again
3. Ole needs to buy 2 midfielders in January

And this will just be the basics that Ole needs to do.

It was interesting hear RVP’s insight into how SAF identified the midfield‘a shortcomings, getting them all into the office to show numerous clips of RVP making runs and not getting any service.

Seeing him highlight the runs that our forwards were making, and the subsequent pass that was delivered elsewhere, just highlights how poor our standards are currently.

Luke Shaw needs to hand his locker over to Brandon Williams.

I never want to see him starting for us again. Was a shocking disasterclass from him in the 1st half, had the Gunners underachieving young wingers looking like world beaters by having him on a string

Lingard also has to be the most useless player we've ever had with over 100 apps...

How he has gotten away with starting so many important games strictly off his work rate and pashun and not talent or actual effectiveness has to involve black magic or something.

Embarrassing having such a poor no.10 at a club of our size being relied upon constantly

The scale of the problem at MUFC is huge. I always thought HM was an average but overpriced defender. He is now playing in a team of barely average misfits. At least the Pogba money will allow some recruits but will they also be overpriced misfits?

The excuse that the team is inconsistent because it's young is wearing thin, the truth is we suck at breaking down any team that is well organized, once Arsenal got ahead they just sat back and we barely created anything despite lots of possession, Ole was just hoping for a bit of magic as opposed to well coached attacking structure.

There were 2 potentially nice and easy passes on the plate for Lingard to just execute..yet he failed. We could have been 2:0 after 5 mins

There was not a single player on the field today, including subs, who gave a rat's ass. Total disgrace.

This was by far the worst game this season, because it was the first since August in which the team didn't show up. We lost a lot of disappointing games, but this is the only one (even including Watford) where you can say - nobody cared. Reminded me of Mourinho games. Awful

Arsenal was already a team full of cnuts and they've become 100% more cnuty under Arteta. An impressive turnaround.

The team is thin of players and has played the 22nd, the 26th, the 28th and then today. They were never going to win them all.

Just looked, we have 6 people out? Well, hopefully Pogba is still recovering from the last injury. [I was reading the return dates with the US format and thinking 4/1/2020 was April 1st at first. Fortunately not the case.]

Looking at Ole after the game he’s not establishing the right culture at the club. He’s a nice guy, doing his best but he’s clearly completely out of his depth. Fortunately for him he’s at the only club stupid enough to keep him in a job.

Ole said Pogba is injured again and will need a surgery (?!):

On the fitness of Paul Pogba: “He’s injured now. He will probably need an operation on his foot. Let’s see how long it takes for him to get back. Obviously it’s a big blow to us with Scott McTominay also out but I thought Fred and Nemanja (Matic) did well today.”

If this is true, that is horrible news. Any surgery means at least 2+ months of recovery.

Defence was terrible for both goals and Lindelof at the heart of the problem again. He tried to hand a player off to Fred for the first when it was clearly his man, then makes absolutely no effort to get to the cross first on their second goal. He's a waste of space. Not many looked up for it though. We need to sort out the defence, get McTominay and Pogba back and forget about Lingard as anything other than a last minute time wasting substitute.

Ole simply tactically out done. Some poor selections as well.

should have switched it to 433 as soon as he saw Arsenal overloading and exposing the space between fullback and Midfield. rashford didn’t go back till late in the game and Matic couldn’t get across so they had an overload on the right everytime. Ozil played well exploiting the space left there as well.

2nd half after the suns and when Ozil tired we started to get control a bit more and Shaw got a more comfortable 2nd half and influenced more.

fred again pretty good but team wasn’t at it. Martial got no service but only 1 of the front 3 that was worth anything. James was awful, offers nothing but pace but when he actually has to do something with the ball or use his brain there isn’t anything there.

just a poor performance and we desperately need midfield reinforcements if McT and Pogba are out for a while.

Garbage. I worry that Ole is not good enough as a manager, but putting that aside I must acknowledge I was naive to think it was acceptable to go into the season with the squad in this state. We have very little proven quality outside of our starting XI, we have question marks over most of those who do start and with no scope to give anyone a rest nor cope with injuries we're asking to conk out when the fixture list thickens up. We have top four in our sights with favourable results elsewhere and put in that utter fecking non-performance, nice one lads.

Probably a game to far for us with injuries and tiredness, quality wise we’re not the best work rate is our thing.
