Any idea how reliable either this guy or tvi24 are in Portugal @SportingCP96. I saw someone saying that tvi24 broke both Ederson to City and Neves to Wolves but thought maybe you could help being based there.
Looks like he has had some shockers like Gaitan/Garay to Utd in the past and more recently Ibra to Everton.
I have noticed he does follow some of the tier 1 journos on transfers such as Romano,Stone & Ornstein but still need more convincing on this one.

Why are we not using our so called extensive scouting network ? He's a good talent, fast, has better close control than James and naturally plays in the right. Some of his movement is very similar to Robben.

I usually don’t trust tvi to be honest but i honestly don’t know much about that reporter. I personally think O jogo tends to be the most reliable thought in total media in Portugal is shit.
Because neither player is a packet of fruit pastilles and we're not in the school playground. Maybe neither player wants to swap, maybe we don't want Chilwell, maybe he has his target set on a move somewhere specific.
You don't just move players around like its Fifa manager mode.
