Be funny if this is going to be one of those scenario's where the majority of the Caf are patting Woodward on the back after some good January transfer business only to revert to calling him a cnut a week into February. :D

Once a cnut always a cnut. This place is very reactive, so I'm sure some will be quick to praise Woody, but at this point I'm not sure he's ever winning a popularity contest on here again.

The report about Koulibaly deal being "all done" for 75mil is funny. De Laurentiis letting his prized asset go for that amount? Do these reporters actually do any work?

Who? Sport Witness don't create the stories, they simply report them. Think they do a brilliant job personally.
They do - still crazy how people don’t understand what they try to do and think they are the ones creating these stories.

They may be able to report adequately but I don't like them as a body, media source, whatever you want to call them. A couple of years ago, whoever runs the account made some insulting remarks to a user who if I remember correctly had simply questioned their source. Not very professional.

They are a lot more professional now than a couple of years ago due to growth

Oh ye. Tbf they outplayed us. Didn't 'batter us though.

Possession stats was about equal.
Equal shots
Equal shots on target
They completely outplayed us first half then took their foot off the gas for the second

You mean the same way they did against Chelsea? Almost as if they are unable to sustain the brand of football Arteta wants them to play?

I agreed they outplayed us. But apparently we got battered by Palace, Newcastle, West Ham, Watford and god knows who else was in that list. When that's blatantly incorrect.

I think West Ham, City, Liverpool and 45mins against Arsenal are the only times we've been 'battered' this season. And one of those games we came away with a point.

Agree that we have been battered a few times this season but we have to remember the number of injuries to key personnel is really having an impact.

Losing Pogba and McTominay is Huge.

City with their brilliant squad barely coping with Laporte out, can you imagine if KDB was out too?

Liverpool, if they had VVD and Mane both out.

Considering the squad we have, then add all the fringe players being injured too, it is a big concern.

We can barely name the same line up for 5 games in a row.

Yeah, it's all Mat Judge on his own accord. Woodie has absolutely no input on the process.
When was it stated he has no input? The point is people talk like they know exactly how the club operates when they have absolutely zero insight.
